Staff were very friendly and courteous. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Hotel has a lot of safety features and policies. It’s a down town hotel so you have police emergency sirens and street noise.

Don't choose if you have an electric vehicle
We chose this hotel because of its location and that it had charging facilities for electric vehicles. The location was good for the conference centre, however the charging facilities were provided by the building, not the hotel, and the hotel was unable to help with issues. The charging facilities could only be accessed through the Blink app, which doesn't appear to integrate with other charging services and requires you to pre-load funds before the chargers can be accessed. Even with the app installed I could only get access via wifi, which meant I had to plug in, walk back and forth to the hotel, and try to start the charging remotely. In the end I gave up and relied on other chargers in the city.

It was right in downtown parking is not free but it was very convenient to have the parking garage. The hotel is very nice and beautiful, breakfast was good the room was nice and clean, pool and hot tub were great too a little smaller than expected but kids really had a blast, we enjoyed our stay will definitely be coming back and staying here again.
