Everything was very clean. The only complaint I have is that they still only have the tiny complimentary bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Most hotels now have the full size bottles available, which helps that we don’t have to pack to get that stuff through security at the airport. We had to ask for at least 6 tiny bottles to last my grandson and I the two night stay.

A great stay except for one important thing

Great hotel. Comfortable, well located, clean and well appointed. Excellent breakfast and daily room service. I did have a negative issue. I had an emergency come up and needed to contact the hotel via phone. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, tried to call back but nobody answered for the entire evening

The staff was very respectful and kind and accommodating, breakfast was soo good, the hotel its self was very clean! The area around the hotel felt very unsafe, it was very noisy at night and people were very loud in the hallways at like 3-4am very active at night not a safe feeling hotel with small children.

Hotel was in great condition and very clean. Starting the day with a warm and generous breakfast was an added bonus. Proximity to the highway was convenient and made it easy to get around. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again
