Looks nice, few minor issues

The rooms were surprisingly dark- not enough lights to read or etc., and though a pretty new hotel, the fold-down bench in our handicap-accessible shower was broken and couldn’t hold up. On the plus side, very clean, pretty new, and a good price for that area.

What a fantastic hotel! The price was great, considering that parking and breakfast are free. Our room was spacious, and we appreciated having drawers and a big closet for our clothes. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommended!

I really liked the staff, they were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room doors shut really hard and you can hear down the hallway anytime someone leaves or enters their room.

Canceled our reservation with no notice

This hotel canceled our reservation without telling us. We showed up to check in and they said that management had canceled our reservation and the front desk didn't know why. We had to scramble to find new accomodations. The front desk said this had happened to several guests that night so apparently they do this a lot. Incredibly unprofessional.
