Our stay at the hotel left us with mixed feelings. On one hand, the staff was undeniably helpful, always eager to assist. However, their approach to customer service felt a bit too relaxed. The persistent issue with room keys being blocked was particularly frustrating. I found myself having to make multiple trips to the front desk to resolve the problem, only for it to reoccur shortly after. This was not the seamless experience one would expect from a hotel aiming to provide exemplary service.
Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very well-versed in the local area. When asked about transportation options or popular local activities, the responses were less informative than I had hoped, which is a common inquiry from tourists. A bit more training in this area could greatly enhance the guests' experience.
While the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, there were some flaws in the details that affected the overall ambiance. The towels, and pillows provided looked worn and stained, detracting from an otherwise tidy environment. A hotel’s attention to the little things often makes a significant difference in how guests perceive their stay.
The hotel has a solid foundation and plenty of potential, but there are several areas needing improvement. With more attention to service training and upkeep of amenities, it could elevate itself from a decent stay to a truly memorable one.
