This hotel was easy to get to, check in was easy and the hotel staff were friendly and were able to answer any questions we had. Close to O’Hare and the shuttle took us directly to our terminal.

Staff exceptionally honest! Left my purse at the bar area. In a panic four hours later, but so relieved purse at front desk with all cards/cash intact. Nice hotel for the price. Room was comfortable with all traveler needs met. Lobby and bar area inviting. Longhorn Steakhouse conveniently a few steps outside. Several dining options within a block or two. Convenient free shuttle from ORD is great. Beware to be at correct pickup area as Delta wheelchair staff left us at the OLD pickup spot. I am mobile but husband cannot stand walk to negotiate the vast maze of ORD. Eventually airport assisted us. Listen to the hotels recording regarding their shuttle service. Wish I had!
