This is a very clean hotel. The entrance and exit is off a very busy street by O’Hare so be careful leaving. Once inside the hotel you feel safe at must use key to even use elevator which was nice. In the room however the bed was on a cheap frame that felt was slanting downward at the head board and was an uncomfortable bed. The room has a kitchen area with a sink, mini fridge and microwave which was nice but the sink had a constant drip that could not get stopped and even at the wall shutoff the valve was removed that was a constant annoying drip. I feel for what u paid I should not have had to pay $30 for parking and felt breakfast should have been included or a percent off. The hotel restaurant is extremely pricey also and had to venture out to find a place to get same food for a lot less. Overall it was a decent hotel for what we needed but it was not a place I would go out of my way to stay at.

After being stranded in Chicago due to a snow storm, this hotel was a happy find! Lovely kind staff, great comfortable room and a very good restaurant with a menu of well executed Italian classics!

All the extra Add-ons at check-in are unacceptable Park the car $26 parking tax $26 early arrival fee $48 destinations fee $20 destination county tax $5 State and local parking tax $3.12 The total for the extra add-on fees, $139.76. This is crazy.

Airport overnight

Just an overnight stay on the way somewhere else. It was convenient to the airport, the shuttle worked well for us, it was close to the outlet mall for a little evening shopping. Restaurant was just ok.
