It was a very nice place but because its so gated, you are unable to leave to explore island unless you pay for an excursion which takes all day, keeping you away from the all inclusive resort. The rooms were ok but needs some tlc. Our shower door trim was broken, a crack in the vanity with an awful glue repair. We were never given robes to use and stocked bar is just beer and water. Would like next time to stay near somewhere like Margaritaville so we can shop elsewhere other then resort that charges double for items you can get elsewherever, like the airport.

The property is an amazing place. I had a great experience at the resort and I look forward to planning my next trip for 2024. The staff was so nice and welcoming and it was so peaceful.

I love this property, you literally can soak up some sun at the beach or pool, eat,drink, & party at this Beautiful resort. I’m definitely going back

We loved the staff who were friendly, especially Sherece, Pebbles, and Desmond. They took care of us and made us feel like family. My only issues was with housekeeping not providing towels/ wash cloths daily and that we encountered a roach in the French restaurant crawling on the couch during dinner. Needless to say, we didn’t eat dinner that night. Room service took forever to get when we ordered, or was completely out of food. If I were to go back to this property, it would be because of Sherece, Pebbles, and Desmond, and all the staff who made our stay enjoyable.

Enjoyed our stay here. The property is very nice but spread out so plan on doing a decent amount of walking. We were in St James Preferred which is on the far north end of the property by the spa. Most of the restaurants are on the south end. If you are not at Breathless or in St James preferred you don't get access to the breathless pool 3 bars and in my opinion the best 3 restaurants so if you go here make sure you get upgraded to preferred. That said if you stay at breathless it is a walk to get to the beaches. If they are not full it is usually free.

some of the staffing was rude. It took us three hours to discuss our check in. Secondly we had to pay transportation there and back from the airport which i was told i would be reimbursed for them.0
