Good value

Resort is lovely especially when considering the cost. The food however is less than average. I did not expect gourmet food considering it’s an all inclusive however I did expect at least an above average dining experience. I highly suggest that the hotel raise the quality of the restaurant food specifically.

Forgot to clean my room, asked for late checkout, was told it would cost us $20/hour. I was disappointed. Rooms are beautiful, but it was situated across from the utility room, which was always open. (Unattractive). Food was well presented, food quality very good. The guests were very very personable, helpful, Pleasant. I would stay there again.

My niece and I came to celebrate my bday, we had a very nice visit!! I’ve been to the island 6 times this is my nieces first visit to the island but this is my second visit to your resort. I really feel comfortable and enjoy the staff the hospitality is awesome just wish I could had stayed more days!!! I would highly recommend this resort to family & friends.

Not what we anticipated at all!

Where do I begin as a group ....first off only hotel or restaurant staff that we came across that was unacceptable was at check in. Check in clerk was rude and short - so that was our first bad encounter there. One of our guests hotel room had a sink drain that drained on floor - it took at least 3 trips/ calls to front desk to begin to resolve problems. Mini bar in room fridge was warm. Came to room at random hours to stock . 3 of our 6 adult guests had food poisoning - no need to elaborate on this. It was suggested to drink coconut water with salt .... Pool was shut down 2 of 7 days due to people vomiting in it - I have never heard of this before. Pool bars would not have mango or banana to make drinks offered on drink menu . Buffets would be empty of food . Additional examples - in am no milk for cereal , no butter for toast , no champagne at mimosa bar ...... At the Asian restaurant they had a picture of the chef selection with the menu - then when the food came out it had no vegetable ( like the picture ). And we asked and they stated we have no broccoli and nothing to substitute it for . I mean come on now !!!!! Overall this hotel needs updates and the food was mediocre . Not worth the money at all. Restaurant and bar staff were always on point and over accommodating.

Nice Hotel

Cons: Time management and train front desk
It took me a very long time to get my room. They advised me 3PM and I go the room minutes to 5PM. The front desk agents seemed not to know what was going on. I had a birthday cake sent to the room as a gift to my friend and the cake was late, it arrived at the room after we got to the room. other than that the experience was good.

Room was not the best.

Room 3824. I was able to hear the guest above me in the bathroom. The tub needs to be refinished or a new one put in. The bathroom ceiling had patchwork flaws. The couch was used.
