Breakfast was the best meal of the day. The staff was very friendly. My husband is handicapped, and we were on the second floor of building number 4. This did not work well for us as we were very far away from the pools and restaurants. The bartender O'Neill was very friendly and helpful.

The resort was excellent! Great beach, clean rooms and facilities. Food was great and the staff were friendly. The only draw back was getting reservations for some of the restaurants. Otherwise, we had an amazing vacation at Hotel Riu Negril.

First time in Jamaica, chose negril over montago simply over the environment . I preferred more scenic and calm vibes over city and nightlife. I loved the resort, I upgraded my room simply cause my view wasn’t the best but that was personal. Also loved the daily activities

Riu Negril was excellent. Go to see Frank at the 24 hour sports bar. Tell Whitney she’s amazing. Go down to the blue tents and see Don Fresh. Super cool people.

Great experience. Love the people! Was able to get my hotel upgraded. Wish the food choices were wider for the Jamaican culinary for breakfast, and lunch and dinner. Beautiful beach and friendly staff. Walked on the beach and found other food as well.
