Book an ocean view room there was no ocean in sight trees, when I complained about it front desk says I booked through a third party and next time I should call the hotel reservation. Which I think is totally unfair because the hotel was aware of my reservation and what I booked.

From the time we arrived we were treated very well by all the staff. Especially Claudette in the dining room and Steve on the beach. The security at the gate and on the beach were also very helpful and professional. The toilet bowl in our room 606 needs stabilizing. But we were extremely satisfied with our overall accommodation, and meals.
