This has been an amazing property the staff was nice, friendly, fun, entertaining, caring etc. We are definitely are going to go back. They checked in on us everyday. They made sure we had everything we wanted/needed. They cleaned our room everyday. The food options were good open all day and it was GOOD food. Drinks were good. Breakfast buffet was amazing the chef checked in on everyone daily. They had so many fun events. I couldn’t have had a better stay we only left to do a specific excursion.

The resort is beautiful, the staff was extremely nice and friendly. However the resort definitely needs to be updated. The room did have molding smell to it , the fridge was not properly cleaned. When they say mini bar they only give you RÈD stripe beer and sodas and a few water nothing else . The beds and everything is old and rusty

My husband and I had a fabulous 6 days at Zilara! The staff was amazing, friendly and very good at making you feel pampered. My only complaint is minimal, would have been nice to know ahead of time that local vendors do come on the property to sell local island souvenirs, we wouldn’t have paid for a taxi into town.

Just wrapped a five day stay at Hyatt Zilara in Montgomery Bay. The property is beautiful, the pools have plenty of chairs and the bartenders at the pool bars were fantastic! We stayed in the adult side and went to that pool two of the days. I wish we had spent all our time at the main pool. The all adult pool seemed like a Carnival cruise or a college party. The main pool was so quiet and much more our speed as two ladies in our 50’s. There were plenty of food choices. Pretty much the standard all inclusive resort food. The room was a little outdated but clean and the a/c worked very well! The biggest complaint was the loud noises at 2 in the morning as groups of young people were carrying in the hallway but this is not the resorts fault. I do think they need to enforce the no smoking rule because by the last day our room smelled like smoke because of neighboring room. Shout out to Mark and Kavion at the main pool bar. I had my own customized drink I get and I only had to tell them once and they remembered Everytime I came up.

Hotel was beautifal and I loved the entire thing! There needs to be more poolside entertainment and activites, aside from the Dj who was awesome on the adult side. Also the white party needs to be from 9pm-12 or longer. save the silent party for a tuesday slow night. We got dressed up and could not do dinner and party within two hours. the staff at white party could be more engaging with crowd to get them up and dancing. All of the food was good (jamaican could be more original then commerical). Drinks were strong and great. I loved that the pool stayed open all night! i would definetly come back and recommend!
