This property is maintained immaculately. The staff are pleasant, professional, and go above and beyond to help you celebrate whatever special day you are having. I was amazed at the anniversary surprise that I received. This is my second time in the last two years of staying at this very same hotel and I will definitely be back a third time. The staff are so welcoming, the food is delicious and the property is well maintained. Kudos to you all for doing such an excellent job!

Gorgeous property! Food was excellent and the beach was beautiful! Only complaint was that I slipped and fell by the pool and messed up my knee. Why do builders always think it’s a good idea to put marble around a swimming pool??? And a swimming pool with a bar at that?? They’re not the only resort that does this - they all do it - but you’re just asking for a lawsuit if you ask me.

One of the best all inclusive resort in Jamaica. The staff was amazing. Ralston was my butler, him and his team did a phenomenal job. I would stay here again. Food and service was exceptional.

Loved the food and the hospitality from the staff was excellent. Room was great with excellent service from Butler and cleaning staff. Did not like the fact that Jamaican food restaurant evening dining options were not available Mon and Tues. Expected Jamaican food to be primary since we’re in Jamaica. Breakfast and lunch dining options were excellent with all my favorite Jamaican dishes.
