The redort looks grea!.We found the service to be generally friendly, but there were a few instances where we had to wait a while to get housekeeping service and they nener do a goodjob. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but it didn't particularly stand out.

The property was amazing. The staff was exceptional. I 10 out of 10 recommend this resort I only hope when I come back it’s not too crowded. It was a peaceful getaway for my first solo trip. I met so many wonderful people and the staff treated me like royalty. I really loved it.

We had a great trip. The meals were ok except when we are at Oregano. The food was excellent and Jodi our waitress was fantastic. We were in a party of 12 and everybody was very accommodating. The only negative experience we had was when we ate at Magna. The waitstaff was not super kind and kept telling us to be quiet. We were not being loud at all and we were in our own area to the side of the restaurant. Overall Magna food wasn’t very good so the rude staff just further proved that it wasn’t the place for us. Other than that, we had the best trip. Super helpful staff and the resort was very clean. We will be coming back!

This beachfront resort was absolutely breathtaking. The amenities were great and so were the staff. During the day there were plenty of things to do, from group bikes rides to water aerobics. Addick, thank you for my lunch at Lobster House so amazing! I will definitely visit again in the future!

Overall good stay. Beautiful property. Housekeeping needed help. Beds weren’t maid or no fresh towels unless I called after 4pm. Hotel has policy till 5pm which is absurd to me. Highly recommended: Staff friendliness and promptness. Service was excellent.Food was very good, the selection and presentability was excellent. The only thing I would suggest is better steak choices that are more tender. Bed was comfortable and clean. Internet access was sometimes lagging and unavailable. It would have been nice to hear the drivers transporting back and forth to offer if a ride is needed. Most of the time they just buzzed through even when empty. I know the walk are short but still. Also the shows are nice but more audience participation would be great. overall our experience was excellent. I like that the staff were mostly from the island and they were very friendly. This resort was a pretty big disappointment. Multiple issues with the room that they didn’t care about and would just brush us off. Getting anybody at the front desk to answer the phone was rare. Treated like they already got my money so could care less about my stay. Quite a few of the staff around the place just had a rude demeanor. Definitely won’t be back, book at the jewel grande instead.

I reached out to the property multiple times to request decor for my birthday upon arrival and never received it. I did arrive to a dirty swimsuit pool. However, it was quickly cleaned. Overall the property was clean and the staff was good. The next day a water pipe broke and all of the swim out pool were not useable for sometime. I never received any compensation for these inconveniences. I was very unimpressed and disappointed by the food at the restaurants except SPICE. I will not be returning.
