The property is very nice decent, but the staff is rude as ever no one to help out, they all have an attitude (maybe 1 or 2 of them were nice and helpful) 1. When checking in they are slow and no where near being friendly, I prepaid for my hotel and when I arrived the front desk is giving me a price and asking me for a credit card for something that is prepaid after a fight and showing them my confirmation they magically found it 2. The dining options are terrible, the one restaurant that has buffet style (breakfast lunch and dinner) terrible, rice is under cooked and hard, no real authentic Jamaican food being served it’s first come first serve for the good stuff they are constantly running out of food unless you pay them on the side then the good stuff magically appears not even fruits to eat really except for watermelon everyday 3. the drinks are terrible, all juices are filled with nothing but sugar, all alcoholic drinks are like pre made and watered down, they had no pina colada’s no strawberry daiquiri nothing good and fruity 4. Getting your room cleaned and getting clean and additional towels was a nightmare and pulling teeth when you call the front desk no one picks up and to top it all off the rooms have no irons and no blow dryer for your hair, you have to fight to get at least a steamer to steam your clothes. 5. Check out was a nightmare couldn’t even get a bell person to the room. DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS RESORT LOOK FOR SOMETHING BETTER.

My sister chose this resort to celebrate her 20th wedding anniversary and renew her vowels from 8/1 to 8/6 We had a party of 20 family members attending to witness this event. She did her research on the resort and reviews were great online from different travel sites. The resort look beautiful in pictures but the the hospitality and level of service is not worth the price. When our party arrived, the checkin process was extremely chaotic. We arrived close to 3pm check-in but the rooms were not ready. The majority of our party didn’t receive their keys until almost 5 pm. My sister who was celebrating her anniversary was last to receive her “privilege category” room” roof top view. NOT The room was disgusting and not cleaned. The white furniture was stained throughout the unit, the jucuzzi tub was rusted and stained. She went to make a formal complaint about the room and at some point was placed in another disgusting room with a fowl odor throughout this unit. So they remained in the 1st room and a housekeeping crew came through to surface clean to get them through the night. Day 2 we had an excursion planned so we were off the resort for the majority of the day but the resident manager of the resort promised them that Everything would be taken care of when they returned. Told them they did a complete walk-through of the room and everything was up to standard. When they came back from the excursion to see the room entered and someone was in the new room!

This is a beautiful property but the staff are not friendly. They do not speak to you in passing nor do they greet you at the restaurants. It felt like they were trying to conserve supplies such as silverware. I had to ask repeatedly for silverware as it was rarely on the table and then I had to wait for someone to decide to bring it. I have been to Jamaica multiple times and I have never encountered more unfriendly staff that acted like they did not want to be there. They told us to book our friend's birthday dinner on the beach 24 hours in advance, booked it, then cancelled it on her birthday. She had to meet with the staff multiple times throughout the day to get accommodated for her beach dinner. It was beyond frustrating. Furthermore, they required masks to enter the restaurants but did not provide disposal masks for people who left theirs. Only one staff member made my stay great and her name is Kashay. Everyone else acted like they did not want us there.

This hotel was horrible. Only 2 wash cloth for the 4 days, room services 2 hours for delivery, mini bar was not stocked completely (5 bottles) in mini bar. when I checked in the receptionist told me to call and have the mini bar filled. I ask for facial tissues (none), no iron/steamers, called to get the safe fixed twice. Shower looks molded. I was to go back to Jamaican in 2 weeks and I still have to go, but I will cancel that hotel (Ocean Coral Springs). I also had a driver for the past 10 years that takes me where I want to go, the funny thing is that they will let him in to drop me off but not pick up. I had to use the golf cart to get to the security gate in order to get my ride.

ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!! First Of All Upon Checking In Everything Seemed Smooth, Resort Was Pretty! I Got To My Room and realized I Was Given A Standard Room, Although I Paid For An OCEAN VIEW ROOM! Strike One! I Then Realized It Was UNCOMFORTABLY COLD In My Room! Strike 2! Oh Wait My Door Is Broken! Strike 3! I Was Unable To Sleep In My Room Under Those Conditions And Was Told They We’re Unable To Change My Room, Due To Resort Being BOOKED! Thank God I Had A lot Of Family Or I’d Been In Trouble! Most Workers Were RUDE! Food Was Thee WORST & The Resort Lacked Cleanliness! I Checked in on THURSDAY, Knowing The Conditions of My Room They Still Didn’t Change My Room Until SATURDAY! New Room, Who This? Right No, Still No! View Was A Little Better but Still Not What I Paid For! Get This My Room Smell Like A SEWER On Top Of Being DIRTY AS H***! I Immediately Went Back And Made Them Aware Of The Room Conditions! I Was Told “Well There Is Nothing We Can Do We Don’t Have Another Room To Move U To! We Can Send HouseKeeping To Freshen Up The Room.” They Still Didn’t Get To The Room Until The Next Day. Here I Am Still Can’t Stay In My Room Because The Smell Was THAT BAD! Never Received ANY ACCOMMODATIONS, and I Spent too much time Everyday complaining and Trying to get help I never got! I Requested To Speak To Manager EVERYDAY And Not Once Would He Come Out To Talk To Me! Filed Incident Report! Have Yet To Hear Back From Anyone! I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I’d Give it NEGATIVE 5 Stars!
