This is the worst five stars hotel I have ever been in Jamaica. While I'm a Jamaican living overseas, I went there to celebrate my bestie 50th birthday. The welcome staff were great! Angie was exceptional! Omg we had a group several people and every room we had weren't good. The odor coming from these rooms are unpleasant. Maintenance horrible, Martha's Market also horrible, as a Jamaica nothing about the food there was good. I personally would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Most of the staffs of Martha's Market look upset, or discuss with their jobs, or management. I've worked as a housekeeper for quite sometimes. Food and beverage a number of years, I'm acquainted with the general operations of a hotel. Those Junior suites SUCK! Dirty and stinky, a hotel founded four to five years ago should have not run down so fast. Never ever again!

People, for the most part, were very kind (until you check out, then you’re nothing). Our ocean view price resulted in hearing dogs bark & noisy cars all hours next door (NOT part of resort). Also view of man beating underfed horses to get them into corral. No bueno. Pool and hot tubs are lovely. Lady running spa so very rude. Wait staff extremely kind; room was only cleaned twice whole week, and that’s with multiple requests. Here’s the thing; we pay to escape reality and yet all I saw from balcony was reality of poverty all around. Resort clean and pretty, despite no A/C in restaurants or hallways. At least water pressure was, drinking water WONDERFUL, and room nice and cool. Food was also pretty good. Red flags meant no water sports, & disappointing when we wanted to snorkel and wind surf. We enjoyed bowling but no shows in theatre for anyone over 8 (?) Over all I’d give it 3.8⭐️but, for the money spent in upgrades, would not return.

Ocean Coral Spring is a great property overall. The food was excellent, with a nice variety of buffet and à la carte restaurant options. Everything I tried was solid, and the quality definitely exceeded what you’d expect from an all-inclusive. The staff and entertainment team were fantastic—super friendly, engaging, and really made the stay more enjoyable. The room itself was amazing—modern, spotless, and comfortable. The mini bar was restocked daily with water, sodas, juices, beer, and snacks. A complimentary flask of Jamaican rum waiting in the room was a nice touch that made the arrival feel special. Now, a few things to be aware of: The check-in process needs work. It took me almost two hours to get checked in, and there’s a lot of paperwork involved—like, way more than expected. Honestly, it felt like I was filling out a lease application, not checking into a resort. They really need to digitize this process to match the otherwise modern feel of the place. Room service is available 24/7, which is great—but after 10pm, there’s a charge. You’re also limited to one item per section (appetizer, entrée, dessert). I understand it’s likely a way to reduce food waste, which is fair, but part of the appeal of vacation is being able to indulge freely. That restriction felt a bit off for an all-inclusive. All in all, I had a great stay and would definitely return—but hopefully next time, they’ve improved the check-in experience and eased up a bit on the room service limitations
