This is the worst five stars hotel I have ever been in Jamaica. While I'm a Jamaican living overseas, I went there to celebrate my bestie 50th birthday. The welcome staff were great! Angie was exceptional! Omg we had a group several people and every room we had weren't good. The odor coming from these rooms are unpleasant. Maintenance horrible, Martha's Market also horrible, as a Jamaica nothing about the food there was good. I personally would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Most of the staffs of Martha's Market look upset, or discuss with their jobs, or management. I've worked as a housekeeper for quite sometimes. Food and beverage a number of years, I'm acquainted with the general operations of a hotel. Those Junior suites SUCK! Dirty and stinky, a hotel founded four to five years ago should have not run down so fast. Never ever again!

Not much too like. Once you check in, you are approached by your personal concierge. They would like to welcome you with a “welcome breakfast” the next day(kinda weird seeing how I already paid for the all inclusive package). Come to find out that it’s just a time-share sales pitch…where they have a strange join you and your family for your first breakfast (felt very uncomfortable). They have separate beaches, one for everyone (which is rough)and a good one for the premium members. Food was terrible. Restaurant were closed for most of the time. Constantly running out of food. Drinks at the bar were made with little to no care. Often had one person serving guest while 5 or 7 other staff members just walk around and talk to each other. No management role present. Staff that were serving you food or drinks were very unwelcoming and rude. Rooms and overall hotel upkeep was poor. Lifeguards were seen sleeping. ZERO snacks available. They had a souvenir shop that sold bags of chips for $14 usd and chocolate bars for $9 usd. Had no real access to food or snacks like most other resorts offer for all inclusive. Overall my family and I were disappointed and felt ripped off. Some good things are that some of the staff members were great and the beach was nice.

Resort itself is beautiful however the staff at the front really need to work on customer service as well as be reminded that the website doesnt make you aware of the hidden fees. Also be mindful of their "welcome breakfast " for special guest its just a way to get you to pay more with the vip pacakage that will run you 10 thousand dollars american and waste 3 hours of your first morning on the resort. Housekeeping was also hard to find and morst dining staff are not able to handle busy eating hours.

Great stay beautiful pool view room with king bed with a lot of space, helpful staff, good animation on activities and at night live band. Shevy at the activity desk helped us schedule activities according to our budget and didn't to force a sale which was really appreciated. Food was really great from the buffet to the restaurant. If you see bad comments on the food don't mind them people are trolling or are picky eaters. Restaurants and even buffet (Martha Market), for all 3 meals, get full really quickly and there is going to be line ups so plan in advance and don't wait at the last minute to go eat. Beach is underrated really had no expectation as it looked small in pictures but i enjoyed it. Wifi even reaches the beach. In all, really a great resort with plenty to do and a great staff to guide you through it. Ya Man!! No problem!!
