I like that it was smack in the middle of town, I could walk to shops and market , it was close to all the excursions we had planned. Lots of stairs you get your work out .. what I didn’t like was the were areas we could not sit because of members club ..I was told to get up from a Cabana i have never experience that before

The beach is absolutely beautiful but that’s all you get for your money. Our first we made reservations at the Steak and Seafood restaurant because you can only make reservations!!! We were seated and waited over 30 mins before someone came to take our orders only to hear they were out of lobster. After placing our orders we told 20 mins later the only thing they had on the menu was chicken. Meanwhile our other family members were at the Italian restaurant and they were experiencing the same thing lack of options. The next day leaving the breakfast I seen a huge roach by the host desk. At that point we decided to leave the resort for dinner and eat at a local restaurant. During the day at pool the kids could hardly get pizza from Sun Deck they literally made one pie every 30 mins and then a long line of people are waiting for pizza and they pick and choose what kind of pizza they are going to make. It was the same issue at the jerk spot literally a small set of jerk chicken and jerk pork was made every 30 minutes. On top of all of that they try and force you to sign up for what they say isn’t a timeshare but IYKYK it’s a timeshare. My kids had a great time because the beach and the pools were nice but I would never stay here again.

Paradise found! 🌴 The Moon Palace Hotel exceeded expectations - rooms were spacious and comfy, staff were top-notch friendly, and the ocean views were pure magic ✨. The vibe was chill, almost silent, with the sweet sounds of roots reggae drifting in the background at just the right volume 😎. Food was solid, jerk chicken at the beach bar was 🔥! Pools, waterslide, and beach were vibes with fam 🐝. Perfect spot for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway in Ocho Rios. 9/10 def would return 💛.

Our overall experience was incredible. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly throughout. I never had any negative interactions with anyone. They were always able to accommodate my requests, no matter how big they were. The constant use of “my pleasure” by everyone was truly remarkable. This vacation was undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever had.
