It was absolutely amazing! The staff was outstanding and always ready to assist. The Michael Jackson show was so entertaining. I will definitely be back with my family.

This was the absolute worst trip I’ve ever had. From being completely ignored by multiple staff members, to ordering dinner at the Calypso restaurant and being told that they are out of multiple items I ordered after waiting for more than 30 minutes (ps I had reservations and was just sitting at the table after I ordered thinking that my meal was being prepared). The lazy river had no water and had trash in it. The TV did not work and I called to have it fixed and I was told not to leave the room someone would be right up. No one came all day so I was just sitting in the room waiting. There is no room service so if you miss dinner at the buffet you’re on your own. The housekeeper came on the second day and I told her I was ok for the day. She did not return on the following 2 days. I had to call and ask for my room to be cleaned. On my second day I went to the front desk to book a rental car so that I could go in town and I was told that they are unable to provide that service because they didn’t have a contract with a rental company. Honestly I’m planning a trip back to Jamaica and because of my experience at Iberostar I’m terrified to book a resort without using a travel agent.

Mostly all the staff was nice I only had an issue with the housekeeping manager. I checked in on a Thursday We was greeted with a nice drink friendly staff everything was good. then on Saturday morning I told my son I think a Mosquito bit me, he looked and said that swollen it looks like a spider but you. I FaceTime my husband (he’s an exterminator) he said that’s not neither that’s bedbug bites. He told me to pull the covers back & check around the seems of the bed and when We pulled the covers back there was small black dots all on one side of the bed at the top. I spoke to the front desk They were very apologetic they told me to talk with the housekeeping staff when I spoke with the manager of the house keeping staff I told her I wasn’t staying in the room she thought just because they cleaned it I would be fine with that I told her no when back & talked with the front desk they then gave me another room that was okay but I was kind of mad about the room because the first room had a view of the water this room was on the other side with a view of trees I felt like they should’ve accommodated me with a better view because it was their fault the room had to be changed in the first place but other then the staff was friendly the food was good and the drinks was great the atmosphere and look of the resort was very nice

The staff was great! They were helpful and kind Everything was closed early. The pool closed at 7pm, I was very unhappy about this, I look forward to swimming in the evening. There was no room service, so if you were hungry after 10, you had to walk to the bar with minimal choices. If you woke up early, nothing opened prior to 730.
