The breakfast wasn’t good at all. The desert had no taste. The ice cream was good. The hotel had no WiFi . The smart tv don’t work.Some amenities that you expect at the resort wasn’t there . I do understand the had the storm a month and half ago . We booked vacation before this happened. I feel we should have been compensated in some way . We got early at the resort check in is 3 pm. We didn’t get our room until 2 hours later.

Staff was great, from service desk members to bellboys. The servers in all areas, inside and outside were great, kind, attentive and friendly.
