I spent five days without hot water to shower, I complained they came and checked but couldn’t do anything about it. No bottles water was offers. Rooms are very outdated. The same food every morning. The picture that shows on the travel side is different from in person. I’m very disappointed. Asked for some kind of refund and nothing was done about it. Will never stay there again.

I didn’t like the fact that the towels were limited considering that we was a couple, one of the cooks was very nasty to my husband while he was in the dining room getting food.

The front desk staff was mediocre day of check in. The last 2 days staff was better. The facility is very clean and great location. 5 minutes from airport directly across the street from the beach was great. No elevator in building. Food was good but staff ions could use more servers. And food a little bit hotter. I would recommend for budget friendly guest and airport and beach convenience.

The property was central to all of the action. Close beach access. But the property was underwhelming. There needs to be a complete update.we were not able to get clean linens for our stay without almost having to beg. Some of the staff was less than friendly.Not all but some. Overall I would not recommend this resort to anyone unless there’s Majior updates.we booked sight unseen. The photo’s that are on website does not show any of the imperfections.they certainly need to correct a number of things.

The property was in a good location. Walkable, lots of Police and a gorgeous beach across the street. Most of the staff extremely pleasant. Food was delicious. Issues I had... food- this is a resort and accessing food was difficult. 1) They should tell people that when meal time is over, you can order additional meals via the bar up until around 5pm. 2) there needs to be a designated line in the dining room to get food. People were fighting with staff because they felt overlooked and felt like people were skipping. Hotel overall- this is not a quiet resort and not for the calm. Literally people running through the halls banging on doors. This were people come to NOT have rules. Amenities- pool nice when its maintained. Hot tub...yuck again people were at the hit tub eating lunch, drinking chilling with plates of food. It got so bad the hot tun turned into a swampy disgusting tub. Our room: nice but needed maintenance cracked walls, exposed pipes, and also had to wait 3 hours for someone to bring towels! Would I go to Deja again? NO id invest a little more to go somewhere nicer.
