Hated it! Paid To Move Immediately!

This place is only for young adults traveling in groups or older adults who desire to live the fast don't care party life. The staff was friendly and helpful more so after we asked for a refund to leave. If you are traveling alone this is not a place for you. I am on the process of trying to receive my refund now. I didn't stay there 1 hour, i didn't feel it was a place for me. They offered all assistance to accomodate us after we told them we were leaving none before when we asked to be close together. The pictures online are a cimplete fake. That is not the place you will get. Be careful.

The rooms and bathroom weren't very clean. The tub fell up with water when we tried to take a shower. They tried to fix this about 3 times, and it only reduces a little but never fixes the problem.

This was my second stay at Deja, and it just keeps getting better! From the warm, welcoming staff to the clean and comfortable room, everything was top-notch. Big thanks to Sharon for keeping my room stocked and spotless, and to Deborah for her exceptional service in the dining area. Omar brought great energy behind the bar, and Loretta made every evening a blast with fun games and nonstop laughs. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, no need to dine elsewhere. Property was clean spacious. Loved the heated jacuzzi and quick access to the pool. The backdrop of the waterfall at the dining area was very stunning - to look at, to hear and feel the ambience it created. Appreciated the various sitting areas at the lobby area, dining area and 1st floor. There were some beautiful wall pictures depicting the culture of Jamaica that was very inviting and nostalgic. Really like the fact that the poperty was situated across from the beach and within a 15 minute walk to Harmony Park - great space equipted with a trail, wifi and beach front.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Had a lot of fun with them, from the dancing to the games they played daily. They made just staying inside the hotel seem like an excursion in itself. Would highly recommend it to a friend. Very affordable and right across the street from a very popular beach.
