The Riu palace was a pleasure to stay in. The property was very clean, the staff and people were polite, respectful and helpful. I definitely enjoyed my time there. I will be visiting again soon. Jamaica 2025!

The room did not have any warm comforters. Everyday we didn't have a complete set of towels. The worse of all we did not have an elevator. I was very disappointed for the amount I spent. NEVER AGAIN

Relaxing and fun resort. The staff was friendly and attentive. Biggest drawback was the noise level at night. People coming in from the clubs being noisy and disruptive all night long.

Food was a 10/10, the only draw back was that the rooms were old and dated. The bed specifically was hard and the linens were poor quality. Housekeeping was quick and accommodating.
