Such a beautiful resort. Friendly staff everywhere. Excellent service from checkin to checkout. Waitress service on the beach was outstanding. Plenty of good food options. Huge spacious suites with every convenience. Spa was fabulous. Amazing ocean views from the balcony. Not crowded. Perfect weather. Only minutes from the airport with complementary transfers. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Here are a few highlights: very clean rooms, friendliest staff in the entire resort I've ever experienced, Gorgeous views, great food, well landscaped and well kept grounds, educated staff with non-motorized water toys or anything about the resort or Jamaica itself, Tour guides and drivers were professional yet fun and laid-back (just like our entire staff at the resort itself). HIGHLY RECOMMEND WITHOUT A DOUBT!

My family and I just returned from the Jewel Grande in Montego Bay Jamaica. We absolutely loved every minute and didn't want to come home! The grounds are just lovely and very well-maintained. When I would go for a morning walk, each worker would stop the work they were doing and say good morning. The pools were amazing, as was the beach and gazebo! We loved how quiet and relaxing the entire resort was. It is definitely not a night-life resort, which is exactly what we wanted. My daughters and I went to the Grande Spa where they both got facials and braids, and I got an unbelievable massage by Dudley! Honestly, I feel a few years younger after he worked out all of the stress knots!!! (and taller!) Our butlers Gashado and Aston were so kind and attentive. They answered every question/request we had through the Whats App app, and they would check in on us throughout our stay. When they would see us at the pool or around the resort, they always greeted us by name and would chat for a few minutes. The food was good, but the only suggestion we have about the resort is to have more variety. I would like to see a few more dinner restaurants added...maybe a Mexican one! The buffet did provide many different options! We also loved David, who greeted us on our first day, Robert at the poolside bar, Ezroy, who made us incredible omelettes, and the server at the buffet (whose name we didn't get) who was so welcoming...talked about ghosts with us! We will go back soon!

Fantastic!

Pros: Everything.
It was great.The staff was great, friendly, very helpful and very attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and we were served with kindness and smiles. Our stay was fantastic. This is a vacation we will never forget. We are already planning our next trip to Jewel Grande.

Amazingly compact property that was designed well in every aspect from structure to landscape. The spa is second to none and is a must do. Extremely relaxing, great food, top shelf liquor, great staff and the butlers made our experience even better with their advice and conscientiousness. Looking forward to a return trip soon.

This was out third trip to Jamaica and by far the best overall experience we have had at an all inclusive resort. The facility is impressive, the steak house,hibachi restaurant and buffets all served excellent food and had varied selections. The drinks at the bars were top shelf, the pools spotless, chairs readily available at the pools and on the beach. The service however is in a class of its own. We have stayed at many (10+) all inclusive resorts and have never experienced the exceptional level of service provided by the entire staff. From check in to departure any request was addressed immediately by a friendly pleasant staff member, from the gardeners to the concierge without exception. However, the Butler Service provided by Andre and Carville exceeded everything we as frequent travelers have ever encountered. I had forgot to pack an over the counter medication (which was not sold on the resort) Carville on his own time traveled into Montego Bay, found the exact medication needed and delivered to our room an hour later. Both informed us that we should use them more in spite of the fact that they made dinner reservations when needed, delivered food to the room when requested and made sure we were comfortable both in the room and on the beach. We are planning to return to the Jewel Grand over Christmas and New Years

Service was horrible with the exception of Samara. . Our building wasn’t complete and construction was going on. No night life nor entertainment during the day for kids. No activity. Would have liked to hear the steel drums or Jamaican music. Our butlers were scarce.

Here at Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort and Spa, we set a high standard for ourselves and strive to provide exceptional service to our guests at all times. This standard was not met during your visit to our resort, and for that we are truly sorry. The first to sixth floors of our Sentry Tower is completed and is readily available for guest accommodation. However, from the seventh floor upwards, there is still work being done and should be completed soon. This work that is being done should not affect our guests experience, and if it did inconvenience your stay with us, we are very sorry for this. Please know that we are improving in our entertainment department, we have a Night Club which opens from 10p.m. to 1a.m. every night. We also have a beach or pool party and Movie Night every Wednesday night. There is also cabaret, live band, piano and more performances. Recently we had a Barbeque on the pool deck of our Sentry Pool and a Gala in our Grande Ballroom. The bars by both of our pools do play Reggae music, along with other genres of music throughout the day for our guests' enjoyment. We have a Kids Club and Teen Zone area that has lots of activities and games for children to enjoy. We also have a Splash Pad area. Thank you for sharing your feedback once again. It will help us to improve our guest experience and overall service. We have noted your comments on your butlers being scarce and your interest in hearing steel drums and have shared your comments with our Management Team for corrective actions to be taken.
