The dining area was hot. No air conditioning. The TV was not working for the whole time we were there. We asked at the front desk for repair, and nothing was done. Otherwise it was good. The food was great. The people were friendly.

Sea Garden Resort was exceptional. The staff Sabrina, Marvin, and lifeguard Scheavar were amazing! My favorite the area was the beach! Best for snorkeling for you swimmers out there. I will be returning back and staying at Seagarden again. This hotel is by the airport but you can't hear any planes while sleeping so that was a plus.

I love visiting Sea Garden Hotel and I’ve been there a few times for short stays. It’s a 5 minute drive from the airport. There are gorgeous beaches across the street and easily walkable to the hip strip of Montego Bay. You can see the planes landing in the Montego Bay airport and I experienced one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever experienced. If you’re looking for a locally owned hotel with local charm - this is the place.

I took my son and my wife to sea garden for his bday. Upon arrival to this “resort” no one greeted us, not even a cold drink was provided. We found the front desk by ourselves and brought in our own luggages. Once we checked in, the belle man came and gave us directions to our room. We got lost and was yelled at by the belle man for his directions. Finally once he took our bags into our door he walked in, gave us a brief description to the room. Our room was dirty and the furnitures were all broken. The belle man looked and was waiting for a tip (which I did not give). Our room was next to the construction site and the construction workers porter 🚽 was right next to our room and it smelled bad. Dinner and breakfast was limited for a period of time. The food was disgusting for being Jamaican cuisine. The staffs were really terrible. My TV in the room didn’t work my entire 7 days there and they knew about it and did nothing. The BBQ area by the pool had leftover hotdogs from the night before in the open that they served at night. The bar by the beach and the staffs there were really nasty unless you gave them money. The front desk staffs were absolutely disrespectful and not helpful at all. The only three people there were the lady that handle the excursion, one of the staff at the dining area and the lady made our bed for my son’s birthday. Our two drivers were phenomenal. Wouldn’t recommend that place for anyone to go to. Stay away from it.

We spent 5 nights with our 2 year old toddler. The resort is dated, but kept well. There was unfortunately limited things to do throughout the day at the resort. The food was the biggest miss. (Other then Michelle at the Pool Deli ) She makes a GREAT chicken wrap and is so sweet! Timing for food was also a miss. Dinner doesn't start anywhere until 7pm Central...this made it 8 pm with our 2 year old, which was tough. The beaches are beautiful and very well kept. If we were traveling without a child we would have done excursions off campus...so I would just keep in mind if traveling with littles. The people are wonderful.

You get what you pay for
The Sea Garden is an affordable all inclusive resort. But you get what you pay for. The food was okay and the drinks were made with lots of very sweet mixers. We eventually got headaches from all the sugar in our few cocktails. The room was very clean with a nice balcony. Unfortunately, we had no hot water for our brief time there. We let the front desk know and maintenance never fixed it before we left. Though, the staff was nice and the property was beautiful.

The staff was amazing! Delroy was so nice checking in everyday to make sure we were referred to the right people for excursions and enjoyment. The staff in the dinning area was was exceptional! They were all nice but Malcolm was very nice the entire stay. I will definitely stay at this resort again for a quick trip to JA again. It is walking distance from a lot of shops and night life. I loved it !

Horrible experience when i got there i checked in open the door room was horrible i paid for ocean view got a garden view. My room got flooded, poor housekeeping, lifeless pellow harrassement from people outside everyday, rude staff, same food for breakfast, lunch, dinner. No entertainment. I requested my refund they keept telling me to call expedia. Still waiting for my refund. Will never recommended to anyone.

It was a awesome experience even though it was 2 days it was 2 wonderful and well relaxed days, the scenery was beautifully, the garden, the environment was clean and splendid, the beach was great and beautiful, the food was magnificent, the sunset frm the beach is breath taking, the staff was so so wonderful and friendly we enjoyed it to the max and sure will be visiting again, it was home away from home, thanks for an experienced ill never forget.

The hotel advertised all inclusive but there is nothing to eat between 10 and 12. The poolside says it will open at 11 but when we went at 11:15 they was nothing available yet. Lunch is between 12 and 2pm!. 2 hours for lunch!! They have a bar and grill access the road on the beach were the food was horrible and the service even worse. I know if was cheap for all inclusive but I would have rather paid a little more to have food available. Would not recommend

I liked the staff. Oroville was really helpful. I also enjoyed the hotel and dining options. I felt safe as a solo traveler. The only thing I didn't like was the tv channels did not work.
