You can improve service by having proper English speaking employees. I don’t like the fact that you lure customers in by showing the lowest price and not showing that it does not include any luggage right next to that price. Your employee was told a specific date numerous times and then booked me for the wrong date. I want to know how this can be fixed. I also want to know why I couldn’t get the price that I saw and was trying to book but there was computer issues and the price went up so I had to call and he would NOT honor that price. I also told him that I had screen shots of it. I’m not happy

Took me 4 tries to make the reservation. I would complete the process, give credit card and then your website would error out. I tried it on the Travelocity app, and had the same issue. Probably took 1 hour of my time to make a simple reservation.

The web site was easy to navigate and confirmations was quick
