The Good:
The cabin has great potential. It sits with 5 other cabins on the same property but does not feel "cramped". It has three total rooms - Bedroom, Bathroom and a Kitchen/Sitting room. Two tv's, a fridge, most everything you need for a stay.
The Bad:
The walk from where you park to the cabin is extremely steep. There are only a few steps, then you are walking over loose gravel, twigs, etc. You also have to carry all of your items to and from the cabin.
During our stay the shower would not drain properly, the bed was broke upon our arrival, there was a gas heater lit with a pilot light without a carbon monoxide alarm in the cabin. Above the gas heater is a sign warning you to not place items on top of it as they may catch on fire, but with a curtain right next to the heater making contact. To the credit of the property manager he brought a Carbon Monoxide detector to me immediately when I sent him a text.
The Really Bad:
I conversed with the property manager about my displeasure after I left. We came to an agreement to settle the issues. At that time I was going to skip the review, until he told me, and I quote: "It is my impression that the moment you got to the cabin, you had decided to find issues with anything you could". No, no I did not, and for you to write that back to a paying customer is completely unacceptable. All the issues would have been found if properly inspected prior to our arrival, as they were all there upon our arrival.
