The toilet was leaking and the tub didn’t drain. Lots of children/teens running around, banging on doors, and playing music during quiet hours. Information on parking was not clear. Maintenance was more helpful than front desk with basic information (not regarding the tub or sink).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean except for the carpet. There was like a pasta sauce spill next to the bed. No fans in the bathroom can make a very unpleasant stay. They should offer room spray if no fans are a option. Breakfast was great.

Ideal location for the puprpose of our trip. Close to the bus station, many places in easy walking distance. Short walk to Central Market. Everyone in the hotel was helpful, friendly, polite. The room was very clean, the bed was absolutely comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but what made the stay so wonderful was the staff. Seriously, some of the most attentive and friendly staff I have experienced in a hotel stay in a long time. I literally mean everyone my wife and I interacted with. Take a bow Holiday Inn in downtown Lancaster…you deserve it. 🙂
