Heater was not working properly either hot or cold could not adjust. Did not like the constant texting and being called when we would get there. Did not like having to put a $ 150.00 cash deposit. Did not have room service, had to get towels and washcloths every night.

Absolutely unsanitary for families. Our toddlers feet were dirty/ black from the floors. Our AC had mold and had a leak. When we walked into our room there was a towel under the AC. The hotel overall smelt like a gas station bathroom. There was also gambling machines in the lobby.

Room was advertised as queen beds but were full size instead. Staff said all the rooms were the same. The toilet seat was loose. The parking lot on my side of the hotel had construction debris close to where we had to park. The room was DIRTY. We found food trash from previous occupants in the drawers, hair in the shower, cobwebs on the light fixtures, tissues under the headboard, and something stuck to the wall. We booked the room for a family of 4 and there were only 2 sets of towels. We received more and after the room was refreshed we were back to 2. The staff was friendly. Lancaster is a beautiful area with lots of hotels. We picked this one for its price but unfortunately we got what we paid for.

I don't appreciate getting billed by days inn , which is ok however you #$%^^^ing people charged my bank account an additional 70 + dollars..I googled hotel room near me and days inn came up with a great price. I never contacted you people. what kind of new rip off tactic was that. I have a lawyer on retainer, and you will contacted. return the $ and no worries......

We forgot a book in the room on the Bed, tried to call 1/2 hour later could not reach anyone. Called and pressed one for reservations got a hold of someone, that gave us the direct number for the Days Inn. We called several times that morning and later on, no one answered the phone. We stopped back at the Hotel to check around 2pm. They looked but said no they did not have it. This is not a case of maybe thinking we forgot the book, we both knew the book was left behind. All this Hotel had to do was answer the PHONE. What if this was medication or other lifesaving items? Answer the phone
