I didn't like how the manager made me wait until 2:00p before I could check in, knowing I had to sleep in my car after working 12 hours and would have to wash & get dressed before I went back in at 5p. Then she told me to leave because she didn't want my services. She wanted to charge me $75 for incidental fee when I didn't have it after pre-paying for 5 nights to stay there. I've been staying at Days Inn hotels for 25 years and have never been treated this way by management. They lost my business.

The hotel appears very old on the outside, it is currently undergoing renovations so the inside looks much better.

I preregistered before we arrived but ended up going through the whole process again at the desk. Don’t offer preregistration if it won’t matter at check-in. First room smelled like wet humid mop water I told the lady in the front desk and she apologized and changed my room , second room the air conditioning was not working we then again told the lady in the front and she changed our room AGAIN , the third room had no fridge , the tv wasn’t working properly, and you had to lift the door so it can close , the room was clean but the floors were as if they never mopped !!
