We always choose to stay at Avid when we are in Lancaster because it is such a clean place and the staff are really friendly. The views from the room is also so beautiful. The pool is a bonus as well. My only two complaints -- their ice machine isnt working and the note on it said they arent able to get it to work, who knows how long that signs been on there. They can at least try to get it repaired or replaced. The other is they should have a laundry room for convenience.

My stay was not long but the receptionist on duty when I checked in on Christmas Eve was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and cozy just what anyone would need after a a 3 hour drive from New York.
