Very nice and friendly.

Sparks is just as you come in to Lancaster and right beside a Dunkin’ Donuts. The hotel itself is very nice. I don’t know when I’ve slept in one. That is more quiet. It’s a little hard to get in and out, but the traffic wasn’t too bad when we were. I have a bad back so it’s extremely hard to sit in a bed and try to watch TV so I ask them if they had a chair and then within a half hour I had one in my room can’t beat that for service, which was great anything I asked for ask about was taken care of right away. If you’re into a big breakfast, this is not a place for you. Mostly bagels, cereal, yogurt, milk, bananas, and oranges and coffee. An yes we would stay here again. Over all we really like Sparks.

Its very new property so its clean and safe. The location is dangerous as it is hard to get in safely from the highway. We missed it a few times and couldn't find an entrance to the hotel. There's alot of construction going on around it - it looks like they are building another hotel, gas station, etc. I found hair in a lot of the coffee cups in our room - probably from the staff that stocked items in the room. Overall, great location, close to food, gas stations, dutch wonderland and the tanger outlets.

The stay was nice but the beds were double beds not queens. And no microwave in room false advertisement. The breakfast was just bagels. Check in the room was not available they had to give me another room that was already designated to another guest. There was another guest that had the same issue. But it wasn’t terrible just a few little set backs.

The blankets were dirty upon arriving. I notified front desk just the be given another dirty blanket that was worse than the first one. The option to the front desk on the phone did not work. They have coffee all day but it was not fresh at all. The drain smelled when first turning on the shower. And to top it all my daughter left her Yeezy slides and the said they were not in the room, someone had to take them. I would not book here again.

The hotel format is no frills, clean and modern. When I am travel, I’m not looking to be greeted by name, go the the hotel bar, or be offered experiences. This is my second stay at a Spark property.
