We didn't eat breakfast there so I cannot comment on that. The room was large and clean. This is our second time staying there and when in the area again we will stay again.

I didn’t have very high expectations but I did not expect to find a bug on the wall in my room. Nor did I expect to have Dominos trying to get into my room at 11:30pm. I’ve never been to a hotel that allowed delivery people beyond the lobby. The property is dated.. which is fine and I understand Marriott will be taking it over - which is good news, but this is a very very disappointing stay. Unfortunately the area was busy and we couldn’t find a last minute alternative otherwise we would have.

The staff was exceptional. We felt personally welcomed. Our room was spacious, very clean. Hotel was quiet and very pleasant. Breakfast room was comfortable with an adequate selection. We would recommend and would stay again.

There was a soccer tournament happening so naturally a team was all staying at the hotel. They were extremely loud and banging on random doors. Parents nor the hotel staff didn’t try to quiet them down. I told the front desk clerk at 11:00 and he shrugged his shoulders and said “I know”

This property is in desperate need of renovation. When we walked in the ceiling was leaking and they had a bucket in the lobby. Everything is quite rundown. Not close to downtown. Would not recommend.
