The room was quiet and we felt safe. It was a long walk to the lobby for breakfast and we had to walk outside because the door through the pool area was locked.

We loved the entire process of our stay. Helpful, attentive, and professional staff. Clean room/suite. Good hot breakfast buffet. Excellent pool. Fantastic location. Great for families. We will be coming back here again. Blessings.

Staff was so nice and extra helpful!!! Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted! I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Overall Very Good

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: a little far from the attractions
The hotel is very beautiful and great quality. We stayed in a the 1-bedroom suite and it was so nice having the door that shut off from the bedroom. Included a nice kitchenette stocked with things you need to cook. Very impressive. My only complaint was that we arrived at 2:45pm and told our room wasn't ready yet. We sat in the lobby with 2 impatient young children, and waited 1.5 hours for it finally to be ready. I know check in wasn't until 4pm but I felt they could have done more to either get us into a different room or have ours cleaned quicker. Others were checked in while we waited so I know there were others available. Otherwise the staff was pleasant and the breakfast really nice.

Outstanding Quality and Service

The new Homewood Suites by Hilton Lancaster, was a very pleasant surprise to us! This hotel goes above and beyond the call of customer service. Their suites are very spacious and clean and the decor is perfect for Lancaster. We absolutely love this place, so much that we extended our stay for 4 more days, had a great discount on rate and enjoyed the evening reception that they had through the week and to our surprise it included beer and wine... Cheap for everything you get at this hotel, its worth the extra dollars!!
