Pretty and clean, but too noisy
The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable, except that it was too warm and the A/C couldn't cool it down. It was also noisy, as guests were allowed to let their children play in the hallways, which means we would not want to go back as we like our quiet. They offer in room dining which is nice, but it is overpriced and they messed up our order.

Mediocre Stay
Upon check-in we were sent outside to find our room in the villa section. Very nice room BUT I feel as though, upon booking you should be made aware that your room may be in a separate building from the pool area. Had I known this, I may have considered requesting a room in the main building or booking elsewhere. It’s cold outside and going out in the cold after getting out a pool is not something I wanted to do. Then when we arrived in the room the toilet was already broken, had to call the front desk, they replaced it immediately but it def should have been noticed by housekeeping prior to our arrival. The room smelled horrible. Didn’t smell like it had been cleaned thoroughly. No visible dirt but it definitely had a terrible odor. Bathroom seemed outdated.
