We felt unsafe. The keys we had for the room didn’t work and the attendant thought we could just stay in the room and not leave. We felt very uneasy and left!

Everything there was good liked the king size bed that it had 4 pillows on it the nuce walk-in shower and the size of the bathroom and room good no complaints will stay there agsin when we come back

I didn’t even stay! After checking in, I went to dinner. Upon returning to the hotel, I could not get into the room. It was after 11:00 pm and there was no one at the front office, so I had to keave. I expect a refund!

Dear ShawnThe front desk is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Unless the auditor had to step out for a few minutes to deliver something, there is always somebody at the front desk.

The room smelled like bug spray, the drawer for the night stand was missing, and the toilet clogged the first time we used it. They made my husband go all the way down to where you check in to get a plunger and plunge the toilet himself. The check-in area was a small room with a plexiglass window where the clerk sits and you stand outside, literally outside-not inside of a building-while checking in. It's kind of hard to feel safe and comfortable in a hotel room where the hotel actually has to use a padlock to secure the TV to a dresser for fear of it being stolen.

Dear Ray We apologize for the issue with the toilet. This being said, we would like to describe our check in process. The lobby is locked and you need to ring the bell to enter the lobby, you also need to have a mask covering your nose and mouth as required by the governor of Pennsylvania. We then open the door, and the front desk employees are indeed behind a plexiglass panel like every other businesses in Pennsylvania that care about the health of their staff. You might find this annoying but we we do not. It is a small price to pay to keep all of us safe

Personnel were good. Room was terrible, linens had body hair and appear to not changed, lights didn't work, a/c buzzed continuously, door latch was inop, door had large gap at bottom.
