Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone.

However, Signature PH6 is on the Southwest Corner, with no neighbors or adjacent buildings, affording maximum privacy.

ADDITIONAL CONCIERGE CHECK-IN FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS of 8 am & 8 pm.

Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check-in. In addition, there is no check-in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. If there is a same-day checkout out then check-in time is 3 PM.

Great 2nd stay in this unit. Everything was great, and quick resolution to a couple of requests to the local property management team (eg replenish soap, etc). Recommended for the location, views and outdoor living space.

Overall a nice unit although we were all felt it felt less bright & airy inside as we might have hoped for a penthouse & compared with some other large units in the building that we have stayed in. Also some small touches could be imprived such as haveing afew bare basicsin the kitchen for cooking like salrt & pepper. Theis is quite common at mostbother units. But otherwise we werew happy & hadba very nice stayuntit

Puerto Vallarta's best

Our visit at the Signature Pinnacle Penthouse was better than we could have expected. Our host Joshua was excellent in checking us in and out as well as giving us tips on what to see and do in the area. The view was most amazing as was everything else about this property. We will for sure be back and book this location.

Signature Pinnacle

Beautiful condo…. Amazing facility and staff. The pool was under construction during our entire stay (except for the last day) and the contractors and facility managers were a couple days later in getting the pool up and running (we were told it would be closed until 8th June). We always enjoy at least a couple days around the poolside during our stays in PV; no apology or partial refund was offered to us, so this was a little disappointing. Overall , it is a very nice facility and condo. I would definitely give it another try and recommendation.

Dated condo, no electricity, and hostile owner

Condo is in a lovely area, yet photos are misleading, it's dated and drab. Serious miscommunication prior to checkin, we received multiple emails and texts from various people asking for the same info over and over. Then, the nightmare... 1st night, a small power outage. Fine, we thought, that happens during rainy season. 2nd night we fully lost power for 12+ hours...When you're on the 7th floor in the dark with no working elevator, it's scary. The surrounding area had power, it was just this condo because of an electrical issue. 12+ hours of no power we told the host we were leaving and booked other accommodations. We sent him receipts, as requested, so he could help to make things right. Shortly thereafter the power went back on, but we had already paid and let them know our plans. Phil, the owner, became highly concerned with getting a 5-star review and insinuated that he would help us get a refund once we left 5 stars. Yikes! VRBO was unable to give us a refund, but told us it owner could do so at their discretion. Ultimately Phil offered $0 back, not even compensation for 1 partial night. When I said I would share the experience in a review, he hung up on me. Childish and unprofessional. He then accused me of "extortion" when I said I would leave a review of our experience. No extortion here, just sharing our 1-star experience. He did offer us a free stay in the future, but we would not want to go back, nor interact with such an aggressive and neglige host. Be ware!

Great place, bad timing

Phil’s condo is perfectly located to everything we were looking for in PV all in east walking distance. We already knew the pool was closed for repairs, but with the beach and other pools very nearby it wasn’t a big deal. It was my first time coming during the rainy season and the storms wreaked havoc on the electricity in the condo. Phil and the property management were responsive, but we spent a few nights without lights or limited lights over the five nights we were there. Luckily the a/c never failed. But with the beautiful views and great location it was a great birthday trip.

Great location in Zona Romántica

Location was amazing. Awesome view from the room and pool. Beds super comfortable. Internet didn’t work for us, but I had cell service and we were so busy I never reported it. I believe management would’ve tried to resolve if we had. Met a lot of great people at the pool. Food was good as well. Only negative is there is very slippery tile around and in the pool. Sounds like they’re about to start construction and redo the pool, so hopefully that is greatly improved once it is finished. Would definitely stay again!

Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

We had a great stay at this penthouse condo in a beautiful section of Puerto Vallarta, which was centrally located and convenient to the beach, shopping, and some of the best dining experiences. The weather was a little mixed and the amenities at the condo made our time in Mexico so relaxed and enjoyable, especially the panoramic views, the salt-water infinity pool and luxurious living sweet. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to Puerto Vallarta. The host was very communicative and the management company handling the check-in was very professional and fluent in English.

Absolutely gorgeous stay!

Our family stayed at Phil’s property for a full week. The communication before our trip was very prompt and the owner answered all the questions. The apartment is super cozy, clean and comfortable with lots of clean towels, nice beddings, 2 safes and kitchen supplies. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we enjoyed sun rises and sunsets without leaving the comfort of our home-away. Also, the concierge service was very responsive and they would check-in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. The condo is minutes away from nice little cafes and the beach. We enjoyed it so much that when we are in that area again we will try to book this exact condo. Thank you, Phil! :)

Girls trip

From the moment we stepped though the door everything was perfect. We loved this place so much! Perfect location. Everyone was so attentive to all our needs. Beds were awesome. Pool was perfect and the view the best. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back for sure. It is just what we needed to unwind from our busy life in the US!
