Wake up to the Sierra Madre’s sunrises, right in the heart of the Romantic Zone, after your morning coffee on the deck, go up to the heated rooftop infinity pool to enjoy the 360 degree views of the Bay if Banderas and the Sierra Madre mountains! The rooftop pool is an amazing feature of Residences by Pinnacle Properties, it has a swim up bar, great lounge chairs, plus seating areas under 2 large palapas, and there is even a Happy Hour!

Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers, there is also a fantastic gym on the main level! The condo is as it appears, AWESOME! The condo is just a block from Olas Altas street, and 1.5 blocks to Los Muertos beach. If you have mobility issues, there is a funicular that can take you up and down the stairs, our building also is wheelchair accessible. Many great restaurants all within walking distance, plus Cafetalito is right next door, you can have your breakfast there if you like, very good food and coffee! Or order food at poolside from an exclusive menu.

The condo building is very well maintained and we have 24/7 security as well!

Unit 108 (Sierra Madre Mornings) is a one-bedroom rental featuring exceptional design, first class amenities and thoughtful extras that will elevate your stay to true vacation luxury. King size bed, great mattress with wonderful 300 count sheets, you will have no problem sleeping in this cozy king. The shutters between living room and bedroom can be closed for complete blackout conditions, if you so choose. Designer sofa and swivel chair, lots of lighting, 3 fans, 2 air conditioners, safe in bedroom, complimentary wifi, Smart TV, oversized bathroom with plush towels and double sinks. The deck has seating area and the washer/dryer area. The condo comes fully equipped, with a fully appointed kitchen and a phenomenal 6 burner gas range, for those who love to entertain, or just cook for themselves.

Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood! Spectacular Views!!!

My partner and I had an amazing stay! We loved the rooftop garden and infinity pool with spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta. The property has everything you need including a very comfortable bed. It’s very close to the beach and good restaurants. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful! We can’t wait to visit again!

Great location, nice condo with full kitchen and very comfortable bed.

Stayed here in mid July and it was hot in PV but this condo was very comfortable with a great view of the mountain jungle. It is right in the center of everything---thus walking so coffee, restaurants, malecon is all within reach. Angela the host is very communicative and easy to work with. Last thing to mention--the rooftop pool view is amazing one of the best if not the best in PV.

Unbeatable location, amenities, and security.

My partner and I truly had a wonderful time at Angela's condo. The location is absolutely perfect; just steps from all the action but removed enough to have peace and quiet when wanted. Security at the building was excellent. The main entrance (past 9pm), the elevators, stairwells, and front door all require a key card to utilize. Covid precautions were also very strict. Masks were being worn by all staff at all times, temperature checks every time you enter the building, along with hand sanitizer throughout the common areas. The gym was also being well managed. No more than four people at a time were allowed in at any time and it was sanitized after each use. The unit itself was excellent and fully stocked with everything you would need, including in the kitchen. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Pablo, from the property management company, was a breeze to deal with and very helpful and informative. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would come back in a heart beat.
