Excellent service, clean resort, clean and spacious room, excellent food and dinning options, very good activities. Overall excellent resort. Room service (food) and daily room maintenance could use some improvement.
We always love staying at couples Negril. The beaches are well maintained, the hotel is clean, but could use a little updating. Staff is excellent and very accommodating. My only complaint would be the food. It’s good, but not great like you hope for at an upscale resort. There are only a couple of restaurants and the have the same menus each night. More restaurant options especially for lunch/snacks would be great.
This was a great place to stay. We literally just lounged on the beach. We never left the resort we just unplugged and relaxed. There is an all natural area of the beach that is not like other ones close by that can be rather shocking if you don't know what goes on there. This place is a great place to relax. They keep vendors to a minimum so you aren't hassled the whole time you are on the beach.
