Beach was awesome and resort was awesome for the two days I got to enjoy it. My issues were the flights and getting to the resort. Nothing but issues with my flights being cancelled and delayed and not enough time to get to connecting flights. 5 out of 5 stars for the resort. 0 out of 5 stars for travelocity and 0 out of 5 stars for spirit airlines.

The rooms were “ okay”. The food at the buffet had flies all over the food I can’t believe they don’t have covers for the food. The front desk ladies don’t smile or tell you anything about the restaurants the rooms don’t have anything about the restraints either. No communication at all. Maybe it was just us but we got a pretty cold welcome.

It was in terrible shape. It was not what I expected from Catalina. The rooms were low budget dirty there was nothing to do the entertainment this week and shallow. The food might’ve been the best thing out of that. The whole experience was just way under my taste level and what I expected, totally unsatisfied and would like to be rectified.

The WiFi was bad or I would say not working in the room at all. The entertainment for kids was pretty poor. Most focus was on night time bands and music which was pretty much the same every night. I wish they would do some movie nights for kids, or more games. However, my kids really enjoyed the kids club with Serena and Elsa being their teachers.

My chief complained is the flies in the dining room. All over the food especially the bread not covered . One evening while I am eating a fly dived into my plate. In the main lobby they have juice and the glasses turned up with the flies around the rims. I reported it to the guest service and nothing done. The beach need some cleaning. My clothes messed up with gum on the dining room chair. I am disappointed with my stay.

Very clean location, food was great. Jerk chicken and pork was my favorites. The staffs were very help and friendly, seems like everyone was willing to help. Beach was clean and clear waters. It very family friendly. I will recommend it. Problems: we wouldn't get towel so pack a beach towels. The entertainment can used some improvements. I like the quietness and sometime i needed some good Jamaican vibe which was flat.

Love this property as it has everything needed onsite!! Very convenient for excursions and visits into the town shopping areas. Jamaican staff all superb, helpful and professional!! The variety of dishes which included many, many Jamaican dishes was great!! No one wants a visit to Jamaican without it's wonderful cuisine and fruits!!!

This is a great resort for families. The food was good, entertainment was great and property is beautiful. Only thing I didn’t like were the rooms. Bathroom have no ventilation, walls very thin you can hear the ppl in the other room. Outside of that it was great and I was impressed with how clean everything was! My kids (teenagers) first time in Jamaica and they said they would want to come back to this resort!

Took my family here. Property is very nice. Parts were under construction but did not take away from the experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good. Activities on property like tennis, pool, ping pong, and water sports. Shows were decent. Beach was beautiful. There’s a gym I didn’t use but had plenty of equipment. Overall a nice stay
