Horrible experience. Stayed at parks all day until closing and got to this hotel only to be told they overbooked and cancelled our reservation. No communication to let me know. No rooms available so had to go search for a place to stay close to midnight with kids. Was given some Marriott points but it cost me much more to find a place that late.

Loved our room size, the AC and the bed was super comfortable. But the elevators.. so slow and so congested.. not enough carts so everything was just a hassle honestly! Especially with small kids and if you forget something in the room.. it’s a whole 20 minute trip just to go back! The pool was nice and the bar served yummy drinks to have while the kids played! Overall, I’d stay again.. I’d just request the bottom floor lol!
