The hotel is in a great spot but it’s not on directly on international drive. It’s mice and clean. The room is very spacious! Our double bed room came with a little sofa sleeper.

The best part about my experience at the Hyatt was the personnel, from the call center, to the check-in clerk, to housekeeping, everyone was very nice and professional.

The hotel was nice when I got there I was not able to check in at 1:30 like I was told the day before in the phone the lady told me I had to pay a $50 fee before 2 and the day before our called to confirm they told me it was okay and they would know my account they sent me to a room that was already filled with people sent me to a room that was occupied the next lady Amy see you then told me I should have been able to check in and not be charged she knew exactly who took my phone call she also gave me a 50% off my first night stay she was very helpful and professional unlike the first person who was helping us the room was very comfortable the hallway was kind of hot and the elevators has a smell to it the pole is nothing to write home about but it was a nice hotel they need more professional people like Amy you don't tell somebody know you can't check into less you pay $50 and I don't know who told you that but they were wrong and walk away and then when you do check us in you put us in the room that people are they in

Perfect

From the time we walked in the door to check in through to check out the staff were friendly and always greeted with a smile. Room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Hyatt Orlando Fl

Pros: The room floor plan was different from the standard plan and a welcome change The breakfast had a large variety and a lot of space and places to sit.
Cons: Ice machines on all floors
Location: An excellent location just off International near shopping and dinning facilities.
We live 3 hrs south of Orlando and frequently take a 3 day mini vacation to Orlando, where there are many options for relaxation and entertainment. We have in the past stayed at hotels on International Drive and were unaware of the Hyatt. The Hyatt was a very pleasant experience at a reasonable price. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Love it

Pros: very clean, very spacious
Location: lots of restaurants near by only 15min drive to disney parks
Staff was very nice and very informative. Loved that the hotel was very clean. breakfest was good.
