This is the fifth Hilton Hotel I have stayed in over the last month and by far the worst. We stayed one night in a 2 bedroom suite the evening of October 18, 2025. The room was not acceptable and needs to be addressed.
Upon entering the suite the tile baseboard at the entry was cracked and missing. The microwave touchpad display was broken.
The bathroom in the room with two beds is in disrepair. The tub spout was hanging off the pipe. The floor tile was loose and missing large sections of grout. Some of the receptacles in the nightstand between the two beds did not work. The lamp in the room does not have a receptacle available for power.
The door to the bedroom with the King bed cannot be opened or closed without disturbing anyone inside the room. The master bathroom needs repair. The floor tiles are missing grout. The toilet seat looks like it was chewed on by a dog. The shower wall tile is broken at the shower rod.
They could not move me to another room.
Upon waking the next morning I discovered the in room coffee maker would not turn on. I went down to the lobby and the night clerk was not able to get me working coffee maker. The lobby coffee area was in total disarray with trash and spilled coffee and creamer on the countertop. Coffee was unavailable.
I was given a refund of the $27 parking fee. That’s embarrassing compensation.
