Friendly and welcoming staff, and a nice beach location, although there was quite a bit of seaweed. Unfortunately, the kitchen and bathroom were not very clean, and the refrigerator and AC were quite loud, especially at night when kids were sleeping nearby.

We were told to go up a few stairs and that our room was on an upper floor. When we reached the second floor, the room wasn’t there. A lady who was cleaning a room told us to go back down the stairs from the other side and that our room was on the other side of the pool. There was no need for us to go up several stairs and then come back down again. The bed sheets were not ironed."
