Nothing Spectacular

The Hotel wasn't spectacular. The rooms felt like any other Hotel Chain; Holiday Inn, Howard Johnson, etc. except that you don't have to request a Fridge or a microwave at a Holiday Inn or Howard Johnson.". It's already available in the room. The rain came in through a crack in the window frame; causing the carpet to be so feel soggy and wet. That's same section in the ceiling was peeling from the leak. The only good part about my stay was the Valet service. The valets were all helpful. Besides that, I could have had the same, or better experience, at a "lesser" hotel.

All inclusive in Miami isn't what expected

Pros: The pool and beach
Cons: Raise the price and make it REALLY all inclusive
Location: Not much was within waking distance. You should advertise that there is a free trolley that will get you anywhere on Miami Beach.
When I booked an all inclusive hotel on the beach I expected food and drinks to be included. $35 to park. $10-14 drinks. $13-16 breakfast. All inclusive must just mean it comes with a pool and beach because everything else is extra.

Over priced in hotel

All I have to say is everything in that hotel is overly priced...Especially the cafe on the lower level ($6 for a bottled water and $2 for one banana. 25cent bag of chips in vending machine is $1.50...and its locked and u can access it only 5:30pm-6:30am so your choice to decide on how u spend your money is taken away..Thats how they make their money...so ur Better off going to a store to stock up on snacks and go out for food to get a better deal and save. Ridiculously over priced...but close to the beach and cheap daily rates...JHERNANDEZ IS RUDE at the front desk and unprofessional

My experience with the hotel was different.

A different vibe of attitudes from other employees wasn't the same .

You get what you pay for

Pros: The hotel was located right on the beach and had pretty decent room service. They as bring you a smoothie sample and frozen grapes by the pool.
Cons: More clear about late checkout times, free microwave usage and more friendly staff.
Location: Was about 20 minutes from ocean drive so we did UBER and spent a decent amount of time there. Also spent time on the beach right behind the hotel
Hotel was very old and outdated. I see they tried to do renovations, but there were rarely any outlets to charge our devices in the room. Charged extra $15 just to use a microwave. We also requested late checkout and were told that we could check out at 12:30, but were then told that we had to be out by 12 on the day we left. Some staff members were very unfriendly and did not seem to understand what we were talking about. Housing was decent in that they were pretty quick with their service when requesting towels and tooth brushes.

Awful experience!

My husband and I went on vacation... the first one without kids in 7 years! When we checked in, we were not given a courtesy of being told where everything was. When I asked where the sauna was the woman at reception said they didn't have one. I told her online said there was one and she replied,"um no". Guess what ...they DO have a sauna and steam room in the locker rooms of the gym. The TV channels were all fuzzy. The room smelled like wet dirty carpet. We ate breakfast the first day at an onsite place called Poquitos... it was disgusting. Not only was the price extremely high but our sandwiches (that were in a warmer) were hard as a rock and not edible. Although the woman working was nice and exchanged them, the 2nd batch was almost as bad where the cheese was orange hard transparent color it was so old. The description online says cabanas on the beach have a surcharge, but did not say that for lounge chairs. We were asked to pay $12 by the cabana boy, even though later we saw it was posted outside for $10 a chair. I told the man about being a guest of the hotels and he said we had to pay even if we were staying there. The room had waterspots on the ceiling. The elevator inspection expired in 2015, and in one elevator the buttons did not light up. None of the staff seemed to care if there were issues. DO NOT stay here.... awful!!!
