It was clean and comfortable and the price was very reasonable for a family of 4. Complimentary coffee and fruits in the lobby was a nice touch. The main issue was that the building was hard to locate on campus especially in the dark, and there was no clear direction!

A Surprise

Pros: Large comfortable rooms.
Cons: It was not easy to find in the dark. Perhaps more signs on the road would be helpful.
Location: The location was practical for the trip. It is a short distance from the Falls.
We did not know this was a college dormitory being put to practical use during the summer. The rooms were large and comfortable. The building is at the back of the campus and not easy to locate in the dark, but there were signs on the road guiding us to the location. I would recommend staying here.

Dorm Room, not a hotel

We checked into our "hotel" room and discovered that this was a college dorm room instead of a hotel. We were very disappointed in the advertising from the website. We decided not to stay and cancelled our stay as soon as we took a look at the room. We did not receive any reimbursement for the 2-night stay we had already prepaid. We did receive an 800 number to call, but this really did not help any. We found a hotel close by to stay instead.

Great Value! Rooms were immaculate!

Pros: Great staff and immaculately clean rooms.
Cons: The decor is very basic.
Location: Convenient location to Niagara on the Lake Wine Country, Niagara on the Lake, the Outlet malls, food and Niagara Falls.
The staff were wonderful, the rooms were very clean. Convenient to beautiful Niagara on the Lake and Wine country and minutes to Niagara Falls. The staff, especially Emmah P. were very helpful and friendly. Emmah was spot on in her recommendations of where to eat and what to see. We would stay here again and recommend this hotel to all our friends.

Great location.

Pros: Location and price.
Location: Niagara on the lake, Niagara Falls and Welland canal.
Close to all attractions. Great price for the area.

Economical Stay

Pros: The best thing about this place is the price.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Location: The facility is located 15-20 minutes to major attractions such as wineries, center of Niagara-On-The-Lake, casinos and Niagara Falls.
This facility is a college dormitory. That being said, it is about a third of the cost of any hotel or Bed and Breakfast in the area. Our suite had 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and large sink along with a bathroom which had a shower. Both bedrooms also had TV's with cable. We were able to sleep 4 adults comfortably. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. A free continental breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and large. If all you want is a no frills place to sleep at a great price then this is place will meet your needs.

Basic college dormitory near tourist destinations

Pros: The staff were friendly and obliging.
Cons: Make clear in the hotel description that it is an off season college dormitory.
Location: It is an excellent location, although the entrance is confusing. Both Niagagare Falls and Noahara ln the Lake, with the Shaw Festival, are nearby.
There were friendly and helpful staff, mixed cultural and multi generational guests, a quiet environment despite the hotel being fully occupied. However guests need to understand that they are staying in an off season college dormitory with no frills. Walls are bare of decoration. While the accomodation is labeled as a suite, there are no dishes or kitchen implements, nor a hair dryer. Wireless wifi is only available in the reception area where there are several comfortable sofas.
