I had a great stay at Oakes Hotel. The view of the Falls was beautiful and the room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only small issue was that the room could’ve been a touch cleaner in some areas, but overall, it was an excellent experience and I’d definitely stay again.

Disappointed we were unable to stay at Oakes Hotel. They were have water issues so they set us up at the Hilton. Which was confusing because we were charged for parking charges each night on anboff property 3+ blocks away and other extra charges.

The hotel was just ok. Needs upgrades, its older building and not enough wall outlets for charging phones. There's no microwave in rooms, just a community 1 in lobby downstairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom are older and needs upgrades. It wasn't the worse but not the best either.

The hotel may be the best location in Niagra Falls. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The issue we had are the hotel mattresses. The mattresses are old, lumpy, and need to be replaced ASAP. During our stay we were in two seperate rooms and the mattresses were bad in each room. Other than the mattresses, the Oaks is a great place to stay on a budget in Niagara Falls. Thethe rooms are clean.
