Always enjoy our stays at The Oakes. Have been staying here for 36 years on our anniversary. Beautiful property and location is perfect for enjoying the Falls and all has to offer. We had a beautiful corner view of the whole Falls area and it’s great to enjoy the fireworks at night too. We enjoy the breakfast voucher at Applebee’s for a good breakfast.

This was a great location for the falls. We had an excellent view from our room. The pool, and gym was a nice added benefit. I would stay here again, but I would not pay to park here. It was $50 a night and we could have used the lot across the street for a lot less.

For the price of the hotel and how late we booked it was a good experience. Although because we booked late we were given a room that was outside the hotel- it wasn't bad overall, very spacious and we were able to drive up to the room, just wasn't what we were expecting. Was good for the one night stay
