This is such a perfect hotel for people who would visit Niagara Falls, don't hesitate booking this hotel. Kudos to the Filipinas working at the reception you can tell that they enjoy working there.

I loved the staff they were super friendly and helpful but our ac was leaking, a weird black splatter stain on the mirror, along with the patio door/window does not have a lock or screen on it makes me feel a little unsafe considering we’re on the first floor facing the road. Anyone could walk up and come inside.

This property is extremely dated, it appears nothing has been updated in the past 20 years. Our room had multiple maintenance issues: a loose sink, a toilet prone to clogging, falling balcony screen doors, and an air conditioning unit so loud (with a thermostat seemingly from the last century) that setting a comfortable temperature was nearly impossible. The bathroom amenities were minimal to the point of being inadequate: just one tiny bar of soap and a single 2-inch shampoo bottle provided at check-in for a family of four. When we requested additional toiletries, the front desk staff were curt and unaccommodating. The in-room phone connected to the front desk, but staff later claimed no calls had been received, forcing us to go in person to request maintenance. Overall, this hotel offers poor value for the price. I would recommend spending a bit more for a better-maintained, more comfortable property.

The property was very convenient to the falls and an easy walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had parking on site. The property was dated however, the beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure .The air condition worked well, however, was very noisy. The Internet worked well. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a decent enough stay. I feel the maintenance and look of the building interior and exterior could be improved because it looked like it hadn't been worked on it a long while. The walls were kind of thin as well because I could hear the people next door on either side pretty well and I could hear the water running while they filled up the hot tub.

First room presented was old with smelly carpet and rust around the bath tub. Requested a different and better room. Interestingly, we were offered a better room which appears to have been renovated. Also, we didn’t find the staff to be friendly. We knew going in that this was not a Sheraton, Embassy Suites, or the Hilton, but didn’t expect it to be this terrible.
