The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and the hot tub was clean and relaxing. The location of the hotel was perfect, not too much traffic and away from the chaos of Clifton hill, but close enough to easily access everything.

A very nice hotel at a very convenient location, very clean, friendly staff, large comfortable rooms, many with a balcony facing the river and the falls. We enjoyed staying there very much. We were at Niagara Falls only for one night, but I wish we could stay at that hotel longer. Highly recommended!

Check in was easy. I wish I had known there was no AC before booking the room but the front desk did swap me for a room with a balcony so I could open the door and get some cool air. This hotel is an excellent location, next door to the Bird Kingdom and a short walk to the falls. Staff was excellent. I did not have breakfast to comment. Pool and hot tub seemed nice but was a bit crowded so I skipped it this time.

The main reason we chose this hotel is because they have the rare heart jacuzzi tub with mirrors. It was our honeymoon trip so we had to get a little charm of the old "honeymoon capital" feeling. The room has been upgraded in some ways, but thankfully, a lot of details remain vintage and that is what we loved about it. After walking all day in the cold, it was nice to come back to a tub. The location was convenient as well, everything was great.
