The power outages and elevators mostly not working for 2 days was frustrating. The cost of parking was very expensive and WiFi was not free. Staff were friendly and room clean.

I have stayed here before and it was amazing the very first go around. This time off site parking and a room where the shower would not drain isn’t a good start and but the staff is very cooperative and friendly. As well as the amenities around the hotel are super nice it would just be nice to park my nice car somewhere safer.

We loved the idea of being able to see the US Falls from our room as well as the fireworks...perfect! The views from the restaurant for breakfast were unique and very special. Service was very good everywhere in the hotel.

Nice hotel, didn't interact with the staff during our stay. Wildflower Lounge was nice but quite expensive. Check out was a shock with all thd other hotel add on. Another 300.00 added on to my bill which I didn't budget for! Love Niagra will be back but not at this hotel.
