Everything went very smoothly and we were even upgraded to a room with a lovely view of the falls.The indoor pool was very clean and also had big panoramic windows overlooking the city from the 18th floor..it wasn't stuck in a dark dingy basement like some other hotel pools are.There was also a chat number which texts you to see how everything is going and if you need anything or have any questions. Staying at the Niagara Falls Hilton completed our wonderful stay in Niagara Falls. I highly recommend it.

The room was good however the water pressure in the shower is low and takes awhile to get hot water. Parking is the most expensive I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Other than that, it was great!
