The staff were very friendly and courteous. They were easy to talk to and answered any questions we had. Free Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Would highly recommend this place and will be returning the next time we stay in the falls!

A welcome respite

It was midnight and we were so exhausted but couldn’t find a decent option at Niagara Falls Canada. Hotels.com found this for us and we so pleased by the nicely appointed kitchen, spacious suite and comfortable beds. Although our time there was short it was just what we needed.

Check-in took longer than expected. I booked a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with 1 king bed. The attendant was able to switch us to the correct room. The shower floor is very slippery. My tiddle slipped twice. They charge for outdoor self-parking and did not mention at checking.

Our room is beautiful and we enjoyed the dining room and the continental breakfast. Didn’t expect to have to pay for parking. Don’t know where else your patrons would park but in your parking lot. Overall, it was a good experience. You are kind of an industrial area which was deceiving before we got there.

I did not like they charge $15 CAD for parking. It should come with room which costs around $200 for studio. The breakfast was okay not alot to choose from and everything was cold. The AC in room would go on for few mins and shut off for rest of night plus fan does not work if we just wanted the fan. The bed was too soft and pillow as well.

It was a bit far from the Falls but it was fine WEGO bus were available to go around. The place was super clean, organized like home, with kitchen that we could cook. Staff were very accommodating and respectful. God be willing if I will come back to Niaga Falls, I will surely stay again in this hotel.
