Location was good, close to Clifton Hill, breakfast was good, but very crowded. Rooms are not as advertised, buyer beware... Says adjoining rooms available, but they are not, only 5 rooms in whole property connect and only standard room. Fruit flies coming out of drain, shower pressure was terrible, sofa was not comfortable at all and definitely not a comfortable bed. Parking is paid which we knew, but one vehicle in our group was broken into and hotel didn't care. Did refund the parking fee for that one vehicle, but now have to replace what was stolen. Tried to overcharge at checkout but I showed then the all inclusive price breakdown as quoted by Travelocity and did eventually get them to adjust accordingly. Will definitely book different accommodation if we visit the area again.

The staff was wonderful and check in/ check out was very quick and easy. The room was clean however the beds were incredibly hard. You could literally feel every spring in the bed which made for some rough nights of sleep. The parking lot doesn’t feel very secure and made us nervous. We also had tons of problems with the room keys not working. We had to go down to get new keys and when they didn’t work, an employee had to come up and try multiple times to get the door to open. This happened through the last two days of our stay. The breakfast was great and the staff kept everything filled. It was a nice bonus!

We were really pleased with our stay as it is a nice hotel with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights. The staff were very nice, especially the Reception staff who were very helpful. Fresh coffee and cookies, daily was a plus for our family.

Nice stay.
Good location that was walking distance from the falls. Cookies and coffee available most of the day was nice. Way too much chlorine in the pool (burned your eyes walking into the pool room). Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy. The room we were in could use a new bed, large indentation on one side that was not very comfortable.

The property and premises are kept very clean. The staff were excellent . The included morning breakfast was greatly appreciated. Lots of families here. The hotel could use an update on washroom mechanics though. Enjoyable stay and we would return in the future.
