The iron didn't work, but the staff came to replace it right away. The response was quick. They said there would be noise due to construction, but we had no problems and had a quiet stay.

The hotel itself is a bit outdated (like the analog tv) but the staff are very nice and the place is clean. It has a gym which was a bonus. The breakfast staff are super nice - they were extremely helpful. It is super close to Clifton Hill. We parked at the hotel and walked to Clifton Hill and the falls. So the location is great.

Great location for Clifton Hill and the falls. Quiet location. Had gluten free cereal and bread for my kids which was great! Breakfast had a lot of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Two blocks away from Clifton Hill, and 3 or 4 from the Falls. Is perfect for families and to spent 2 or 3 days in Niagara Falls. You can buy the tours with then.

Family of 4 traveling with 2 teenagers. The room was spacious with lots of room and our luggage. Easy walk to Clifton Hill. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the fresh waffles. There are Breakfast traffic signs posted listing the busy times periods. We made sure to go early to beat the morning rush. I would stay here again with my family.

Rude male night concierge, hung up the phone on me. It's an old building touched up from the outside but not from the inside. Dirty bathrooms in particular, hair on the shower wall, in corners along with filth, possibly some mold. Old TVs, worn-out mattresses. Especially stinky pool, couldn't stay there for more than 5 mins. No ventilation, very humid. Will not stay there again.
