It was okay and the employees were pleasant and accommodating the room is out dated and had a smell of likely stale smoke from past years. No where was there mention of parking fees till after booking of 22$ plus tax. We did not spend much time in the room taking in all the attractions as you are within walking distance and was a bonus.

From the moment we arrived to checkout time, the staff was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The coffee in the front lobby was really appreciated as well as the complimentary cookies. The breakfast was different both mornings we were there. Something for everyone in our group. The studio rooms were clean, spacious and we had 3 all close together. Beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and a good size to do laps in. The parking was 22/night which I consider decent since we were able to walk to The falls and Clifton Hill. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay perfect!

AC was perfect. Staff accommodating. Scrambled eggs and bacon on 1st morning was very tasty. Egg patties and sausage on 2nd morning was disappointing. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for bread and dishes. No room to sit.
