Staff was very friendly; had nice clean suite for our family of six - not fancy, but if your priority is Niagra Falls this is a great place to stay. We did not pay for the breakfast as it would have been expensive for our family.

Hotel was very outdated and in need of alot of repairs for the money spent to stay . Not very nice to look at. A/C was falling apart, wall paper was pealing, mold on the curtains, missing side boards. Looks really run down. Close to town was the only positive. Would look elsewhere next time.

Room could use some upgrades. The carpet was old and had a dingy smell, the wall paper was peeling a little. The bathroom tub was old. Bed and linnen was ok...the location and service was great.
