The connection to the water park was wonderful! The hotel was OK. It is old and dated. It does have a family environment which was nice. Good experience.

The best part of this hotel is the water park attached. The beds were uncomfortable and not enough blankets provided. You have to step up into the bathroom. Very noisy place as one would expect. Opened our door to some random kids hanging off of cart they found to climb. They charged us an extra $30 for fees including parking and resort fees.

Close to the casino

Pros: Close to the casino, clean, nice staff
Cons: Extend check out or check in. GET RID OF PARKING CHARGE AND RESORT FEE!!!
Location: We went to visit the casino not a water park so I don't care much about the area.
The hotel is priced right at about $80.00 US funds BUT then they start adding on $20.00 to park overnight, $10.00 Resort fee? I guess that's for the 4 bottles of water and use of the coffee pot, that you must pay for whether you use them or not, you still pay. They up charge $30.00 if you use a credit card so when the bank does the exchange it charges you $37.00. The parking UNDER the hotel is VERY difficult to park in, (and for $20.00?) The hotel is very loud with people running up & down stairs and the noise of people walking on the above floor is very annoying. So by the time you take that $80.00 room and get taxes and upcharges you pay $133.52 for a night. Also check in is 3PM and check out is 11AM not much time for a night out and to go get breakfast before you incur new parking and resort charges BURRR.

Stay was overall very positive. Only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin, and the "courtyard" setup means you hear a lot of your fellow guests congregating in the public areas of the hotel. Staff was great, hotel was clean, centrally located. Great value.

Everything went a little better than expected.

The Hotel is good. Check in went fine and the room was what we expected. It is in walking distance to alot of attractions! We took advantage of the movie night in the hotel (free popcorn) a perk if traveling with kids.

Consider another hotel.

Niagara Falls is pretty expensive on the weekend and while the room was priced less than the 4 star hotels it certainly wasn't cheap. I was disappointed in three things. First, in checking in I was told they had free parking in their garage. At checkout I was charged 10 plus tax for that parking. Second, we asked for an hour later checkout time to 12:00 from 11:00 and were turned down. Third, they have an enclosed area around most of the rooms and the kids were extremely loud until 11:00. One of these issues wouldn't be a big deal but when you put all three together, plus the fact you have to walk 10 minutes to get to the falls (most are less than 5) I can't recommend the hotel.
