The hotel was in a great location for all the sights we wanted to see. It was close to restaurants and the boat tours. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. We had a nice view of the American falls. The wait time for elevators was a little long when it was busy- just something to note for timing.

We stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview over Labor Day weekend and unfortunately had a poor experience. Our room was right behind the elevators, which ran all night and made it impossible to sleep due to the noise. Even after reporting the issue, no solution was offered, and we ended up leaving before 8AM. For over $500 a night, this was very disappointing. Rooms with this level of disturbance should come with a warning. I’m requesting a refund.

Fantastic location!!! Outdoor pool area is also great. A bit dated( aside from lobby), they also did not provide wheelchair rental access. We had someone in our group with a mobility disability.
