Rooms were not to bad , the comforter had holes in it though. There was hair on the wall in the bathroom and the shower grout was black also the tub dripped water the hole stay. If friends were staying at other hotel they were not allowed to visit

It is very easy to access restaurants and sightseeing area by just 5-10 min walking. Staffs are also kind and provide clear instruction upon arrival.

This property was literally a 1 minute walk to Clifton Hill. Although they are older rooms you get what you pay for. No microwave or fridge but there was a coffee maker in our room, and the room was clean. Would stay here again because of the location, oh and the parking was free as stated in their advertisement on expedia.

Motel was a bit outdated (but you would expect this because of the good price) but very clean. I saw staff cleaning all the time. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. I loved the location. Was not even a 5 minute walk to Clifton Hill and attractions.

There was mold on our bath tub walls. Beds were too hard. Could hear the people above us. People peeing outside in the corner of the hotel building Homeless people near the hotel Holes in bed sheets No bar fridge Tv challenges kept pixelating hard to watch tv like that. Very weak wifi More then likely we won’t be staying here again.

Poor facility, not recommended.

The place is overpriced for the service they provide. They don't have an elevator and assigned a room on the second level to family with a stoller. Also, the bathroom did not have cold water. So you are stuck with scolding hot water for use in the bathroom in the middle of summer! Drug addicts were convened in the parking lot right outside our window. Go there if you like it!

Parking convenient, great location next to Clifton Hills. Beds weren't good, felt springs and lumpy pillows. Very dated. Disappointed that pool only opened at noon after check-out. Pool hours are noon to 11pm. Overall won't stay here again.

Not enough outlets to plug into for CPAPs or cell phones. We had to buy a power bar, the motel had none available. The Wifi did not work at all. That was very annoying as our cellular signal wasn't working properly and would have needed the Wifi. Very noisy, We could hear the people in the hallways. Our view outside on the balcony was a driveway with many garbage bags just sitting there. We did not use the balcony. The one thing that this place had going for it is that it's right across the street from Clifton Hill and many attractions.
