Should not be on here!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: This place needs to be torn down. It should be removed from the available options to stay at in Niagara Falls.
Filthy, filthy, filthy. Wouldn't stay here. I paid cash just so he wouldn't charge my card the full amount because this place is a dump.

Not ready for service

Pros: Location
Cons: The quality of service is horrible. Travelocity should have done some confirmation before put them on the website.
I booked this hotel based on acceptable review and because it is very close to the fall. When I got there, the staff was nice enough. However, when he passed out towels when people checked in, I felt very shocked. There is no towel in the room. The beds are covered by dirty sheets. The blankets are filthy. I did got a replacement of the blanket, but before the staff reach the ground, I called him because the blanket has mold on it. They did apologize and threw the blanket into trash can immediately. The manager did bring brand new sheets and some blanket that appear to be clean. I have to say they did have good attitude, although the place is quite dirty. I could not believe a hotel can be so dirty in either America or Canada. They told me they are going to demolish the buildings and build up a new indoor pool. I understand after the project is completed, it will be very nice, probably. But at this time, I do not believe they should be put on market.

nasty

Pros: Nothing
Cons: A bulldozer and an exterminator.
Location: The location was great.
First they wouldn't take my credit card because the "machine was down" and wanted cash. Told them didn't have that much cash and I would go to machine and get some. They tookk us up to the room on a glorified fire escape. We noticed several holes in the wall on our way up. They then led us down a dark dank hallway and opened the door. That is when the stench of death smacked us in the face. The room was dark, smelly, and filthy. He turned the A/C on and said it would take 20 min to start working and the smell from the A/C was repulsive. We walked out of that room and down the street and found another place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The pictures on this site are not accurate.

Free Room Upgrade!

When we arrived, without asking, we were upgraded to a jacuzzi room free of charge! The manager was really friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The location is great since its within walking distance to everything on Clifton Hill.

The Inn was borderline acceptable

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, no phone!!
We were checked in to the wrong room ie; no jacuzzi as pre-ordered. That was rectified quickly. The room was tired, missing various items such as light bulbs, towels, a TP holder!!, and a fully functioning TV remote. The carpet was quite disgusting and the furniture was worn and old. We decided to not use the jacuzzi for obvious reasons. Considering the price they were charging, I think it was overpriced.

Slow room service and dirty carpets

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: dirty, slow room service
Room service was slow and when I asked for something they forgot about it. Towels were not provided for second day and beds were not made. Carpet was filthy dirty. The only thing I liked was the location of the place. Close to shops and downtown Niagara.

Good location, average hotel

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This is an average hotel, nothing special, but it's conveniently located to the falls. The room was big and bed very comfortable. Everything is clean but seem a little old, sometimes cracked and chipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm not sorry for my choice - it's relatively good value for the money. If you arrive to Niagara Falls...

“Good location”

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Hotel was in good location, we found the staff very helpful, not a luxury hotel, but also not expensive. We had the package, as we were 8 hours late missing first night meal, we had a lunch on day of leaving. Did not stay in hotel much so did not use any facilities

Simple and clean

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Wonderful stay at best location: Stayed here for 3 nights Tuesday to Friday. We booked the Indoor water park deal so got a really good deal. We had a corner room on the 2nd floor. The room was a decent size. We were able to put 2 large and 2 small luggage bags on the floor and still have place to walk though it meant we weren’t able to use the table. The bathroom was also a very decent size and comfortable. As this was the upgraded room. Our room overlooked a building wall so couldn’t see anything but that was okay as didn’t spend a lot of time in room. There is a supermarket about a two minute walk from the hotel. They was also fridge and a microwave to warm up . The location was fantastic. Basically right in Niagara falls and near all attraction , walking distance to Niagara falls, as a tourist I think this was an ideal location. Overall the hotel was nice, for the price I paid I got excellent value. You cant pay a little and expect a lot. However it was good.

Super Location

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and really like the location. Its super close to the walking area above Clifton Hill. It is right near family restaurants, shops etc. Parking is Free. The hotel is close to the casino and they have an info booth right in the lobby for tours etc. the staff is super friendly. The market store was very small and understocked, but so much near by really didn't need it. Rooms was clean and spacious.
