The only complaint is that the beds in our room where very worn out and too soft. I did not sleep well on both nights. Other than that, the cost is little high but we would go back for the right price.

The room we booked through Travelocity was way in the back a hood walk from elevator to get there, the diner buffet was very disappointing! Not worth a $25 per person! But the servers were very nice and pleasant and notice 6 of us didn’t eat much and ask if we want the chef to make something else we thank them and told them not to worry about it!

Great Place for kids

Pros: swimming area
Cons: pricing
Location: never left resort
Facilities are great. Couldn't ask for a better water park. Hours opened are good. Very expensive especially when staying on special times ie Christmas New Years Easter Summer. Restraurants on site are good and not overly priced. Rooms somewhat small but adequate. Free parking was a plus. I'd go again but for a special occasion

Nice hotel near Niagara Falls

Pros: I liked that there was so much to do inside the hotel itself. There was never a moment we had nothing to do. The kids were entertained the entire time
Cons: It was a really far walk from the lobby to the room.
Location: The hotel was minutes from Niagara Falls and the whole downtown strip, there was a ton to do. It is also close to Marine land other attractions.
It was an amazing experience. In our room we had 4 adults and 2 children (ages 4 & 6). There was plenty of room and the kids loved the fireplace. The water park was a lot of fun for all of us, there were activities for all ages. We ate at the breakfast buffet in the hotel one of the days, the food was good. Outside there were games being played and the staff was extremely friendly. They even printed us out directions for where we needed to go.

Our family had a great time

Pros: water park, has it's own restaurant
Cons: Nothing close
The hotel has a great family atmosphere and the water park was a lot of fun for the entire family. The room was nice, but not spectacular. The only complaint I had was the wall A/C unit was right next to the bed and kept me cold and awake most of the night. I would get a room with the sofa next to the exterior wall instead of the bed if we were to go back.

Fun time with the whole family!!

This was a very fun vacation for us which included 3 kids of varying ages: 10, 8 and 3. We especially enjoyed the nearby bike trail and the great water park. The breakfast buffet was a lovely treat. The gormet Java place was nice for us adults. The only thing I felt was missing is a quick pick up deli for fresh fruits, ready made sandwiches and grab veggies for a family on the go. There was no such place within walking distance and no clue where to find one driving. The resort is large enough to provide such a convenient deli on the premises like at some other family resorts. Overall this was a fun place we all enjoyed and would return with better/ healthy food planning. Family of 5 from MA

My family just loves it!

We just came back from our second trip. They've improved things for the safety of the kids. This year as soon as we got to the water park they had both of my daughters stand next to a measuring board. They now measure and have your child wear a coloured band so that the staff know which kids are tall enough to go on which rides in the water park. We stayed for 2 nights our first time and only stayed for one night this time. We've come to the conclusion that because there is so much to do that it's best to stay for at least 2 nights. The staff have always been extremely friendly and this is the only hotel that we've been to that every staff member from the front desk to the people that clean your rooms say "Good Morning" and "Hello" to you as you walk down the hall. One of the down sides is that it can be extremely pricey if you decide to stay at the hotel for all of your meals. However, because the hotel is on Victoria Ave, if you turn left out of the parking lot and keep driving you will eventually get to Lundy's Lane where there is a ton of places to eat. The only other down side that I can think of is there can (and usually is) a long wait for the tube rides in the water park. Again it's for safety reasons but it can be frustrating waiting in line for so long only to have the ride last a fraction of the time. We're already planning on going back again next year!

My Family LOves It Here

We go to the Great Wolf Lodge twice a year. My children love it and we have never had a problem with safety. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean. We bring our own food and store it in the fridge aailable in the room. The rooms also come with a microwave and a counter for preparing meals. We always attend the story time in the main lobby each night, it's very entertaining and the kids always are so excited to see the characters move and talk. Remember to bring comfy pyjamas for the kids to wear down to the story time. The location is just off the highway and easy to find. If you get a room with a loft you can take advantage of some quiet time for parents, very private and has own washroom. You can check in early and stay late the next day just remember to check out in the morning and place your clothes in a locker in the change room.

HORRIBLE GUARDS!!and service!!!

First of all when you're arriving you have to drive in the middle of the slums to get there. its in a terrible location, not close to any of the attractions, we stayed there for two nights with my wife and two kids, ages 6 and 10. they weren't tall enough for anything and the guards were so rude about it. we were very offended and we talked to one of the so called "managers." her name was d she told us that if we unsatisfied we could leave and they would be happy to sell our room for double to someone else. the staff is horrible. we had breakfast the first day at antler shanties and my daughter got sick. my son almost drowned in the the over crowded packed "wave pool" while the lifeguard was reading a news paper!!!!!!!!!!! dinner at the restaurant was also very bad. it was a buffet but they had no selection and the food was over salted and greasy to try to cover up the bad flavor.we stayed in a loft suite which was pretty nice except for the stains on the carpet and the beds had no sheets or blankets. we had to call 3 times after arriving!! take your money somewhere else!! NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!

Great hotel for families!!

We had a great time. The kids loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were spacious and having a fridge and microwave in the room was nice. The pool area with all the waterslides was the best!
